I used to use this store for my Amazon returns. I will never go back in there. Whether I have used the self serve return kiosk or have given my return to an employee, Amazon will email me stating that I need to return the product, when I have. I don't know what happens to my products when I bring them in there, but I know that they are not making their way back to Amazon, so I have to fight with Amazon to refund the refund they take back from me, even though I have the receipt from this UPS store. This doesn't happen anywhere else but at this UPS store. Beware using this store for Amazon returns.

every time I go into the store, they are very friendly, helpful, and advise me on the best way to package and ship whatever it is that I’m sending. They also have easy Amazon return.

I came in late on a Tuesday after work, rushed in traffic to get my Amazon returns sent, only to find out they needed to be customer packed, in separate boxes, and one needed a label I needed to print. I was getting ready to leave as I didn’t want to purchase 5 different boxes for my rather large items, and Ashok helped me out immensely! He truly went above and beyond for me, with a smile, with a long line of customers behind me. I am completely blown away by the level of customer service (and support) I just received from him.
I always use this store for returns, but I am more than happy to refer anyone to this store now.
Thank you, Ashok, for saving me a 30 minute drive after a mad dash in rush hour traffic. You truly made my day and my week.

Terrible customer service, it’s like they don’t want to help you. No problem solution just trying to make you look like an idiot and until you walk out. The guy was chewing food when he walked up to the counter to help me. So gross

Store offers printing….but doesn’t have WiFi. They tell you to go down a few stores down and use their WiFi. Very unprofessional.

Very rude service and refused to box shipment at time of visit claiming the person who boxes up things was leaving soon and they had a backlog to box. Sensitive item being shipped and unwilling to understand importance of securing item and not leaving it out.

Rude frustrated guy got annoyed as I was about to use their tape on my package. Whispering and murmuring in their local language. I just forgot this is a terrible place and went in by mistake. This is not the first time they feel very frustrated running their store.
