On several occasions I have returned some Amazon packages, there is a lady who has been serving here for a while and she is not friendly at all. I can simply say that it is racism. The first time she told me that she does not receive packages without their corresponding Amazon bag, which she made me buy. one in the same place this was a while ago and today I have a completely closed box with the product inside, it was the original box of the toaster, she did not want to receive it, telling me that they do not accept it except the original Amazon box and I had to leave, With the heavy box I went to the UPS store which is in Hampden local C and they received it very kindly. I think this lady's problem is that she doesn't want to work extra with Amazon and is racist, very bad customer service ? this is the 3rd time that He doesn't receive my packages with an excuse, please pay attention to this unkind attitude.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPS STORE# 1548. As of today they have misplace TWO packages of mine (with one recently being important documents).The employee on that day tells me "well it's not here" and helps another customer. Unbelievable. I have spoken to the owner when the first lost package happened. Kimberly (the owner) never followed up with me on her investigation on the misplace package . Here we go again another misplaced packaged. Shoot I am wasting my time telling the owner. She didn't do anything the first time.
I can understand why this UPS store is horrible. If the owner FAILS to follow up well then it say everything and why her employees don't do their job. It starts with her.
I have been around this UPS for a while and have analyzed these employees at store #1548 my saying for them is "when the cat's away, the mice will play." I will be closing my UPS box at this facility and I suggest going to a different UPS facility. Two lost packages is enough for me and the customer service trying to find it is a nightmare.

I will literally never ship a package with the US Postal Service again. Questioning why I’ve never been to this store to ship before… AWESOME first experience. Christian, the gentleman that helped me, was incredibly kind and efficient. 6.0/5.0 stars fasho.

I have been coming here for years for different services. Everyone is so helpful and always ready to greet and help customers. Always plenty of associates with a great personality and willing to work. Very knowledgeable, helpful and quick. They all seem to get along with each other too and have fun. Extraordinary!

The worst printing service ever. They don't even know how to print business cards and they messed up my order. Avoid this location at all costs. The staff responsible for the printing service are absolutely unprofessional. Additionally, when I was placing my order, I noticed the smell of weed/marijuana, which I find unacceptable.

This place is ridiculously helpful. Someone told me it’s the #1 UPS store in the state, I believe it. I have come in with so many unique needs and they were super helpful.Today I had a return and it was in a shipping bag that was opened. Return label was USPS and I came in and asked to buy a box. He said, we can actually tape this bag all up, put the label on and give it to USPS so you don’t need to buy anything.They do stuff like this all the time. I recently visited the UPS location to pick up a package after being informed by a representative named Katherine that my package would be delivered to my home. Upon arrival, I discovered that my package was, in fact, at the facility. Seeking assistance in changing my delivery preferences, I encountered a confusing and frustrating situation. Despite being told on four different occasions that only I could modify my settings, I approached the UPS staff for guidance. To my surprise, I was informed that nobody at the UPS location knew how to navigate the website to change delivery preferences. This lack of internal knowledge proved to be incredibly inconvenient, especially considering the UPS My Choice service was designed to empower customers in managing their deliveries. During my interaction, an employee named Eva overheard my conversation with her associate who attempted to help me navigate the website. Instead of offering assistance or guidance, she remarked that if her colleague couldn't figure it out, the responsibility was solely on me to resolve the issue independently. This dismissive attitude added to the overall frustration of the situation. The UPS system seemed to arbitrarily decide which packages go to an access point and which ones do not. This inconsistency is not only inconvenient but also contradicts the purpose of using the "My Choice" feature. My experience with UPS has been marked by misinformation, unhelpful staff, and a lack of knowledge about the very services the company offers. It's disheartening to encounter such challenges when trying to utilize a service that is meant to simplify and enhance the customer experience. I hope UPS takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving both internal training and customer service to ensure a smoother and more reliable experience for its customers.

Customer service at this location is a joke. Instead of helping in a situation they want to sell you supplies. I won’t be back to this location ever again. It wouldn’t be so bad but 28 dollars for a shipping box is crazy.
