Judy is the worst person for her job & worst customers service, she even doubtful about my government issued ID. I have been with Uhaul for many years, she is the worst, unprofessional. She even called & harassing my 2nd contacts.

While the lady at the counter was nice, they charged me gas fees even though I returned the truck at the level I got it. I had a receipt to prove it. When I picked up the truck there was significant damage to it that wasn't identified and I thankfully took pictures prior to. I also took a picture of the fuel Guage which they tried to have me sign for more fuel than was actually in the truck. Disputed obviously.The customer service for uhaul sucks! I waited on hold for hours before being connected only to be told they'd call me back in 3 days. Use another moving truck service.

Truck was dirty, oil was below marked on the contract and person working there was not interested in helping anyone, they charge same for 6 hour and 1 day, charge late fees and they never show up on time marked @ the door. They also cheat on gas level mark and charge “inflated” gas charge rates…. Respect yourself and never go there. Thanks for reading and happy 2022.

I rented a truck from here yesterday and there was a guy who moves locations he explained the terms but not how to return on the mobile app and that I had to be thereNot only that they forgot my utility dollyI returned the truck at 615 pm and since the app was not working I called corporate and they made a note that I returned it early YET they still charged me 20 for the verification of returning it themselves, charged me for the dolly they didn't give me, charged me for fuel even though it was full as per conditions and my boyfriend even verified it, not only that I was notified they also tipped themselves two dollars.Then I called this morning for 2 hours straight no one answeredLuckily Angel from corporate understood and helped me UHAUL is a great company, but whoever works here sucks and wants as much money as they can get from you.Thank god I was refunded, but still do not go here unless you want no instructions and extra chargesDON' T RENT FROM HERE

I received a truck with the gas at a quarter of a tank full and I returned it at a quarter of a tank full. When I received my receipt email, they had charged me $45.00 for gas! This doubled the cost of my rental.I do not recommend them at all for anything. Please use any other truck rental service you can find if you don't like being cheated out of money.

I rented a truck to move a few office desks and chairs. I used the website to reserve the truck a few days prior. The only thing that I missed or it wasn't very clear on the website was that I had to upload pictures of my driver's license which I did while I was picking up the truck, so not a major issue. The staff I dealt with where helpful and friendly and I was on my way in minutes. The truck I used was in good working order and I had no issues. I have no issues with recommending this business and will use them again if and when I need a moving truck.

Do not use the App. Check in and out in person. Christopher the GM there saved us from paying over a thousand dollars because he went above and beyond working outside business hours to help. Truck had 19k but app was saying it had 14k and a full tank. If Christopher wasn’t around to help the app would’ve just charged us the full discrepancy. Also 800 customer service number was useless. Do not use the app!
