Genuinely the best haircut I have ever received. The staff are all friendly and genuine people and the atmosphere is amazing and fun. The stylists are incredibly knowledgeable and really know how to help me even though I'm typically not that smart about my own look. Thank you!!

Can't say anything good about this place or recommend it. I scheduled an appointment and when I went in I was ignored and stared at. Meanwhile other people after me were greeted right away and helped for what they were there for. After sitting for awhile I just got up and left, no employee said anything! I won't be back.

I had a 60-minute signature facial yesterday, Morgan performed this session and the problem was not about her, in general everything was a problem. The room where maintenance was performed was very small and cramped. The biggest problem was that it was massaged only with various oils. And so many oily products were used that after I went for treatment, acne started to appear on my face. Only massage oil was applied to my face, not any skin care product, and I waited for 60 minutes to see when the facial care would be done. This was the worst facial I've ever been to. My face was massaged with jade rollers sold for $5 everywhere, and the way it was used was from the bottom up, but it was applied up to down. I'm sure I have better quality jade roller and better quality products at home. For the first time, I regretted going. If you want a facial massage, go for it, but it can't be called signature facial, I'm sorry.

My 8 year old son got his haircut by Lindsey and she did a wonderful job. She was patient and fun! The salon was clean and all of the staff were friendly. Great experience!

I love Shersten. She is always amazing with coloring and cutting my hair . We did extensions when my hair was shorter and she was very knowledgeable and explain the process so I knew what to expect.When I first when to her I was blonde and want to go red and was really nervous. I’ve been going to her for a year now and I still love my red hair

I used to love this place but it has become all business and no personalization. I've had Annie, the owner, cut my hair several times and each time I ended up waiting for 15-20 minutes past my appointment and then felt like I don't get paid attention to because she overlaps 2-3 appointments on top of each other. Twice I left not getting the color or cut I wanted because I don't think she was paying an ounce of attention. Each time I also felt like I was being pressured into scheduling an appointment in their spa. It was a major sales pitch for 10 minutes of my appointments. I was willing to pay a higher price for services and be able to relax and enjoy my hair cut time but the experience has turned into an assembly line feel. I will be looking elsewhere.

I got a facial with Allie today and cannot speak more highly of the whole experience. She was thorough and detail oriented. It was a very relaxing experience and my skin is glowing! I will be back!

Use to be a great place but after the makeover it's crowded, loud, and I feel like I'm at a Tupperware sale party with all the stuff everywhere. Guess I need to find a new place. Sad, I like my stylist.
