“Do not use the App. Check in and out in person. Christopher the GM there saved us from paying over a thousand dollars because he went above and beyond working outside business hours to help. Truck had 19k but app was saying it had 14k and a full tank. If Christopher wasn’t around to help the app would’ve just charged us the full discrepancy. Also 800 customer service number was useless. Do not use the app!”
