“This place earns every five star review and when I came in needing some emergency work done it showed.
Not only were we met with kindness and understanding of our situation, but they went above and beyond to fit us in to an already busy schedule and get us out the same day. That's amazing already.
Not being a big car guy, it's reaffirming to be walked through each and every issue, why it's a problem, shown pictures and videos, and not talked down to for not being knowledgeable it really builds a sense of trust that I deeply appreciated.
Their waiting room is stocked with coffee, snacks, water, mints, magazines, comfy seating and a charge station.
Those are honestly just bonuses. The real deal here was Caleb who made it all happen and saved us from a terrible, terrible day. Big thanks to him, and the whole team here at the South Parker location.”
“When do you ever get great honest news that no work needs to be done on your car? At PTG, that's when. My truck was acting super funny, weird issues with the transmission. One transmission shop in Englewood said the fluid was burnt and I needed a total rebuild ($2900); another mechanic in Denver said the TIPM is toast ($1800). PTG mechanics looked it over for a couple days and said it simply needed a general service and full fluid exchange ($250). It's been driving fantastic since I got it back last week. I love the honesty and I love that they stand behind their word and their work. Highly recommend PTG.”

“The guys here are awesome. The first time I came here my car was experiencing transmission issues. They didn’t try to push me to replace it because my car is a 2011 Nissan Murano and has an extremely expensive transmission. They told me it would be more cost effective to buy a new vehicle and to keep driving my Nissan until it couldn’t drive anymore. I’m mindful of how far I drive from home, but a year later my car is still operating and it’s definitely saving me some money. I also got a coupon for a free oil change at my next visit. The second time I came in, I brought my car in for an oil change. They honored the coupon and the oil change was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. Probably no more than 20 minutes.”

I called for an appointment for an oil change. They got me and same week on my day off. While it was in the shop, they found a nail in my driver side front tire and they fixed that for free. They changed a bulb as well that was out since last winter. I had been putting off getting the rear shocks replaced and they were also able to do that same day! I dropped my SUV off at 0830 and was able to pick it up early afternoon! Thanks so much for the great service today! Highly recommend Parker Imports.”

I brought (had towed from another shop, that quoted entire engine replacement $13k) in 2015 Wrangler JKU with intermittent “crank no start” issues. This was the 3rd shop…& 3rd tow from the Jeep dying in Denver traffic. The problem was found to be a crankshaft position sensor, <$50 part, that only failed on very hot days (>95). The failure was simulated by heating the sensor causing it to fail (confirmed by error codes) and defining the root cause.
My future Jeep needs will all go to Parker 4x4.
Also, Katrina at the front desk was a pleasure to work with…excellent customer service skills!
