If I could leave zero stars, I would this place is absolutely terrible, they don't disclose to you that if you have any other service provider other than century link you will have absolutely no service in the apartment complex, the Internet that you get is required, you can't choose your own Internet and it's completely terrible, the staff is completely incompetent and will not help you whatsoever, they say one thing and always do another, they do not care about their residents here and I am surprised that they are still in business, I am going to be putting out and awareness for people to never come to this apartment and this is the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment complex. These guys are completely terrible, and they need to shut down now.

Absolutely do NOT recommend this property!!!!
I have lived here for over a year and have yet to enjoy a clean functioning pool & hot tub. Common areas, breezeways and landscaping are always filthy and dog feces everywhere. Maintenance does bare minimums when tending to maintenance requests weeks if not months AFTER requesting service. Dreading another winter dealing with a broken fireplace that hasn’t been actually functional for more than a week after moving in, terrible windows that allow the freezing wind to seep in and the skating rink we cal a parking lot. The employee turnaround is so high you seriously can’t expect to see the same person for too long before they vanish. Simply don’t expect anything from this place, they tell you what you want to hear and ignore your needs after moving in.

Maintenance is terrible. It took two months to actually get some things partially fixed. Internet is awful! Century link is required. I pay for the max of a gig, but don’t get a fraction of that b/c the equipment is outdated. Working from home can’t happen b/c I can’t hold a video call. Still no solution for that. Hot tub has been broken for nearly 3 months with no target date to be fixed. Tenants are interesting. Cops are on site for someone on a regular basis. There are 100 people living in each unit to minimize the amount being paid in rent, while I’m paying $3k/mo. Overall, it’s too expensive for the quality of the place. Would recco one of the newer, nicer units in the surrounding area.

This was a decent place to live at first but by the 2nd year the property went downhill from maintenance requests taking weeks on end to be completed and when the work was completed it was subpar and had to be redone, dog feces left by the dog owners was never picked up and it was everywhere, the parking lots were treacherous in the winter with ice everywhere, the lights in the common areas were constantly burned out and not replaced making it very dark in the early mornings and at night and the dumpsters had a constant overflow of trash.
Jessica the leasing agent was sweet as can be to reel you in and sign a lease but was a completely different person to deal with after move in. She is the most unprofessional, rude and condescending individual to deal with. I got to the point that I would speak to anyone but her. Speaking with other tenants at the property they voiced the same sentiment. How she has remained an employee at the property is puzzling.

I haven't lived in an apartment complex in years but Asia my sales person? Who dealt with me more directly was fantastic. I gave her a pretty tight window to work with and she worked her butt off to make it happen for me. They have the best maintenance team west of the Mississippi too, they're like ninjas that sneak into your place and fix stuff for you?. All in all it's been a great experience so far.

Very responsive, especially during the move in.
Since then, resident for 22 months, in that time, best response time 3 months, average time 8 months, some requests even dropped from log.
Still waiting on one.

No one has cleaned up dog poop on grounds and there are huge piles that have been there for over a week - 0 stars
