“Extreme Auto Repair is THEE place to take your car for any and all your car repairs.
I was dealing with some issues that Mieneke in Colorado Springs compounded several times from a small coolant leak into a smoking engine, complete loss of coolant, a broken belt, and two toes. To say they were less than incompetent would still be an understatement.
However, extreme auto repair and everyone there from reception to mechanics to management took extreme care and time with making sure my vehicle was evaluated and put back in working condition. They took the time that was needed to do so as well as making sure nothing was wrong before calling me and telling me I could come pick up my Jeep….unlike Mieneke and their confused employees.
I will definitely be back as long as I live in Colorado and will/would recommend this shop to any and everyone that needs any sort of vehicle repair.
Thank you to everyone at this shop who for taking care of me in a stressful time. Extreme auto is 10 out of 5 stars in my opinion.”

“I’ve used Discount Tires for 20+ years and still get blown away by their customer service. Tyler was incredible today. I just purchased 4 tires last December only to get a huge screw in my side wall so it could not be repaired. My tires aren’t a normal size so Tyler looked all over the place to get tires in for me so that I could have my car. He told me a few times it would be very difficult to get it done today so I was expecting Monday, but he called me at 6:35 -90 mins after they closed to tell me my car is ready and they would wait for me to get there if I wanted to get the car tonight. Their customer service at this DT is incredible!! Every single person is great but Tyler WOW! You were incredible!! Thank you!! And to the General manager. You find the best people to work for you!!!”

“I came in really concerned for my car because it started blowing out black & white smoke. I brought my car in. Bobby & Mike both listened to what was going on and had my car diagnosed within 20 mins of me sitting down. It turned out to be a simple fix & they had me out within 2 hours. Paying was also going to be an issue & they had a program that was easy to follow & get approved through. After leaving I felt like there was a bunch of weight lifting from my shoulders. I will definitely be taking my car back here.”
“Great service had some work done on my mom's chrysler 200 about a month ago and everything was great about a week ago my check engine light came on read the code and it seemed to have something to do with the work from the previous visit they didnt hesitate to take a look and fix the problem with no charge. “Reading through negative reviews I was a bit worried about what my experience would be, but it was great!
I ordered my tires online and schedule install 2 weeks out, the staff at Costco Tire Center Parker called me immediately to let me know they had the same tires in stock and could install them the next day.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It took about 2hrs to install my new tires from the time I walked in the door to when I drove away. I went back for my 25 mile check and again the staff was incredible- I was in and out with 10min.”

The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. Glad to get serviced here.”
