Always friendly and extremely helpful. Everytime I visit this location.I feel like a valued customer as the employees truly care about the customer experience. Huge shoutout to Charles who helped me today - his patience, positive attitude, and customer centric approach saved me about $3K due to a company that denied receipt of a return.

There is one gentleman I need to get his name who works here who is so amazing and helpful! Never makes me feel bad for always coming in with my heap of Amazon returns. Great service!

Horrible Customer Sercive! Does not want to take Amazon Returns. The guy refused to accept the QR Code or let me email the Amazon Return label. He charges $2 for the printout label. There are many other UPS stores that are much more friendly and hepful. I will gladly give them my business instead. I do not recommend this location.

I went in there the other day for printing, and although the app itself wasn't very user friendly in terms of editing and customization, the young man Charlie was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Had really terrible experience at this location where they refused to take an Amazon return. They said they would not take it unboxed despite the label saying no box. Went another location with item in same exact condition taken no issues. This is the closest one for me but I will not return here

Never had a bad ups experience after many years of frequent visits until this one. I got a bad vibe from the guy when we walked in, but I said hello and smiled…. I did some returns and asked for a receipt which he angrily said is there more? I said yes, but those are expensive so would love one for these. Did a couple other returns and one was a box needed return. He immediately flew off handle, I tried to explain I’ve done this type of return before. He kept scolding me how it’s my responsibility to package it not theirs. I tried to explain when I made the return it said no box, but Amazon can change a return but it’s not a big deal, I’ll buy a mailer. In the past I’ve bought at 2 dollar film mailer and ups prints the label, but he kept yelling at me, then proceeded to hard tap my phone and reach over the counter yelling in my face what does this say what does this say? I had to step back, and at that point he was so belligerent I just said I’ll do it another day. His what I think was wife who was with a customer said it’s not our fault…like I was unreasonable. I was happy to buy a mailer, but apparently not possible here. Never ever coming here again.
