Worst experience I have ever dealt with at any UPS store. Had a shipment sent to my PO Box that somehow ended up at this store. I had lost the package as no one knew where it had gone, had to call around 3 different UPS stores to find out this place had it. When I called to make sure it was here they said no, I had to come in the store to and finally point out the important business products were sitting in boxes at the front area. They said they didn’t know what to do with them and left them sitting there for almost 2 weeks when my phone number was right on the top of the box. On top of this lack of simple effort to let me know they had them, they wanted to charge me for having them sitting at the store the whole time due to their lazyness. Absolutely miserable people to work with or trust with important packages.

Avoid this place if you have an Amazon return. Owner/ Manager complained that they only get 20 cents a box and the pick up drivers are so mean to them. They shouldn’t partner with Amazon if they don’t want to take the returns. I ended up wasting my time and money to buy their crappy tape just to get them to take the package. Then they told me that the pick up people still might not take it. What an absolute joke! Will not ever use this UPS store again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Takes 30 minutes to do something that should take 5 minutes! Don't expect things to go smoothly or quickly...plan on standing around a while waiting to get helped by the 1 employee....who doesn't know anything!

Wow!! Just when I had lost all faith in the yoots of America ....I met Charles at UPS on Stroh/Parker and he restored credibility for UPS and young men everywhere. What an incredibly intelligent, personable and patient young man. He went way ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with a tricky print job and nailed it. Kudos to Charles and his parents for raising a fantastic guy....you just know when someone is special and going places in life....and Charles is going places. Many thanks to UPS for 5 star OUTSTANDING service!!!
If I was ever going to use the competitor before......I'll go to UPS from now on because Charles earned our business in 20 min.
