This clinic is awful compared to the others around town. The practitioner that saw my daughter (for a sore throat) did absolutely nothing but look in her mouth and say she was fine. Never swabbed her throat or did anything and still we were billed $25 on top of the copay we already paid. It's truly a joke. Go to the clinic in the King Soopers Marketplace off of Cottonwood or even the minute clinic in CVS pharmacy. Both are great compared to this place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The nurse practitioner got completely belligerent with me saying that I "rolled my eyes at her". She left the room and did not end up seeing me at all after my insurance was charged as a visit. This woman can not possibly have any friends or family, what a PSYCHO!!!!

Went here this afternoon and will not go again. Nurse at the front was rude, we were the last patients for the day however shouldn’t be a factor in your service and patient interactions. We then saw Elizabeth, the NP, who talked very fast and was obviously frazzled. We asked for clarification on something she said and instead of obliging she asked if we had a problem then threatened to not provide treatment. She explained she had a long day and a lot of patients, but to project your own issues on others seeking care is highly unprofessional. If you want someone who cares, this is not the place.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Made an appointment online per the staffs directions with I called in, said it was better to do online and just come check in. Came in for my appointment, checked in at the kiosk, made eye contact with the nurse then sat down. Waited for 40 minutes... nothing. Nurse helping some walk in and finally had to walk up and she told me that they needed to check me in. Wasted almost an hour... most unorganized place I've been. Never gong back.

Biggest waste of my time. Kendal was my nurse practitioner. To start off I went in for pink eye, she never even looked at my eye. She did a strep test on my sore throat, did not wash her hands before or after and did not wear gloves. I don't think the strep test even touched my tonsils so of course it was negative. Then I told her I was pregnant and asked what cough meds I could use, she told my delsom but couldn't tell me what ingredients to avoid. It was a terrible experience and I am beyond frustrated.

Belmar Little Clinic review/complaint. I made an online appointment for ear wax removal on 07/11. When I arrived at the appt time, a dark haired girl at the front desk asked for my ID and Insurance card. She held them in her hands, examining them for 5-10 minutes without saying a word. Kim, the PA/nurse was excellent and requested me to come back the following week if there were still issues. I made an online appt for 07/20. When I arrived for the scheduled appt a blonde haired girl, Amanda Allmer, was at the greeting desk and I gave her my ID and Insurance card. She then handed me a medical history form to fill out and I declined telling her that it was not needed, she was aware that the appt was for ear wax removal. She then threatened to call Security because of my refusal. She then "suggested" that we go into the exam room which she had previously stated was occupied by the PA and a patient so that "we" could fill out the form "together." Again, I refused and she became even more aggressive to me stating she would call Security. She did not. Shortly after, the PA, Kim, arrived coming out from the hallway for my scheduled appt. Because of these two experiences, the last being worse than the first, I will never return to that Clinic or any other operated by Kroger.

The last time I was in with my daughter. She had a very painful chest cold. Was looking to get something prescribed. That would help calm her chest. But the little clinic in their stupidity would not prescribe anything since they are only PAs and Kroger and whoever they're physician advisor is will not allow them to prescribe anything the children that help with a severe chest cold. It took longer for us to fill out our paperwork than it did to actually see the PA. We were in and out of their office in less than three minutes with no help done. TheirWe were in and out of their office in less than three minutes with no help done. There company then send a bill for over $100 with my insurance paying 35 and me paying the rest. I therefore will never recommend a little clinic, nor will I send anybody there to be looked over again. As a person in the medical field this company should not be servicing people in any way, shape or form. I hope this keeps people from bringing business their way. I'd rather go to ED or an urgent care, than the little clinic ever again!

I wish the little clinic was in a more private area of the store, but I would still return. I received better medical treatment here from Abigail than numerous past visits with pcps at family or larger practices (DTC Family Health and UC Health... both of which were consistently pretty terrible), as well as teledoc (do yourself a favor and avoid teledoc. Lesson learned). Abigail had a positive attitude, listened, was genuinely concerned about my symptoms and treatment for recovery. I would definitely return to see Abigail again. Thank you Abigail!

Checked in at the kiosk as a walk in. Waited 30 minutes for the receptionist to finalize my check in while she helped multiple others that walked in after me. Ended up waiting almost an hour with 3 people seen before me who came in after I did. The receptionist never let the tech know I was there until I reminded her that I had been waiting long.

Would not recommend this place. Went there today after being sick for over a week and waiting it out. Finally went and they 1. Were EXTREMELY RUDE. And 2. Basically told me “there’s nothing we can do, keep doing what you’ve been doing.” The front desk lady was unbelievably rude, should not be working with people. If i could leave 0 stars I would.

What’s the point of a 6:30 appt when you don’t even sit down to get your shot until 8? Countless times now this has happened. Honesty is more important to me. Don’t over promise and under deliver. I understand they’re short staffed. That’s fair. Telling me to arrive an hour plus before they’re ready… that’s not.
