Had an appointment early Sat, Sept 14 to get a flu shot. The person manning the front desk was training a new employee. When I finished the registration, I gave her my drivers license and then she asked for my Medicare card. I probably didn't look my best but no where close to Medicare age. Hopefully the new employee will be trained to treat people better than she did. Told her the appropriate question would have been to ask for my insurance card. Very disagreeable and rude person. I ended up going to the pharmacy for my shot.

Service and physician were great but you can forget trying to get a doctor's note after the fact, they also may misdiagnose you using inaccurate rapid tests. I am so disappointed with the after affects here. My son's school has requested a doctor's note since he's been out all week. The little clinic unfortunately was our only option the day before since his regular doctor didn't have any available appointments. I called the location 15 times yesterday only to be put through to a busy tone every single time. When I physically went back into the office after work the front desk lady Georgia was not helpful whatsoever she said there was nothing she could do about getting a doctor's note because there was a different physician there that day that couldn't sign off on the appointment we had the day before. I then had to badger her to get the customer service phone number which I called and they were also no help at all. They said there wasn't much they could do accept email the office and ask. This was yesterday and I have still yet to hear back from them. If you have any other options use them, the little clinic is the most unprofessional service I have had in my history of being to a physician. Not to mention they misdiagnosed my son who has Strep Throat AND the Flu not just the Flu. After a wasted trip to the little clinic we had a doctor's appointment scheduled with the real doctors which we will be attending tomorrow morning. I probably would have had better luck on the black market in Mexico for a doctor with professional staff than here. I'm really disappointed that King Soopers would allow such a non professional practice inside their building. I wouldn't be surprised if this clinic was sued for malpractice. All I know is I better get a doctor's note or there may be legal action involved.

Made an appointment. Showed up for my appointment only to be told that they didn't have any providers at the facility today. No one bothered to call me before I showed up and wasted my time especially when feeling sick

My experience was great, I was seen early and Gina was absolutely amazing. A month ago when my boyfriend went his experience was not good. The Dr refused to give him antibiotics for a sinus infection he'd had for a few weeks, and the next day a different doctor at another clinic gave him medicine immediately for how bad it had been.

The Cottonwood Little Clinic was the worst experience in my life. I am 65 and was treated horrible the provided couldn't even give a Covid shot properly. I do not recommend at all.

What a joke.I went in for the bronchitis I seem to end up with every 3 or 4 years. I know what's wrong and I know how to treat it. It was a weekend and my regular doc wasn't in and I had to fly out for work early Monday.The lady doctor, after scolding me for not putting my mask back up after they took my temp, ignored what I told her. She tried to sell me on the covid vax, I told her no. She refused to write for the meds my regular doctor gives me EVERY SINGLE TIME (Zpak)....she insisted on giving me corticosteroids, which only mask the symptoms and I end up getting a Z-pak after they run out every single time. Would she listen? Nope. Too busy playing her Covid game.Like usual, felt mildly better for 5 days while taking steroids, then immediately worse than when I stopped in. Had to call my regular doctor, who immediately sent me Z-pak and I was over it in 3 days.Never ever again. The doctor was so busy selling me the jab and enforcing her ludicrous mask mandate that she didn't really care about anything else. Literally, every time I took my mask down a little bit to breathe (I had bronchitis), she told me to put it back up.We don't need doctors like this.

No Humanity at this place, we driven 25 miles to come to this little clinic and they refused to see us saying we are 5 minutes late to appointment. They don’t even understand the kids health and importance of treating.. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone

The staff is very nice and friendly, but don't fully seem to know what they're doing-- not very thorough. I went here because my regular doc couldn't get me in for a same day, but in hindsight I should have gone to my regular doc anyway. I had to lead the doc into testing what I needed-- doc was trying to play off what I went in for as a normal thing. The test was positive and I needed meds. I found myself looking up the proper dose and suspension just in case before I took them. It's hard to trust a doc that seems so clueless. I'd give one star, but they were so friendly that I bumped it to 2.

Super confusing website to navigate and they didn’t honor my appointment. Thank god they canceled my appointment for me so I didn’t waste $20 on top of an hour of my time. The attendant also lied to me and told me they couldn’t get my in for my appointment the same day, but I went home and checked the website to see a host of open appointment times. Incredibly poor service.
