Horrible service. Just opened an account there and have already called 6 times about my account. It makes no sense on how the available daily balance reads. It's not a true balance. Even thought they say it is. Charged NSF fees when I should not have been and they wont credit it back. Going back to US Bank

I'm very satisfied with this bank. We've been with TCF for probably close to 15 years or so and we've NEVER been treated better at another bank. Extremely pleasant crew that works here. I've not had one issue with them that made me feel like I was being mistreated or poorly treated. By the other reviews on here, you would think I would have had at least one bad day with them but I have not. They are ALWAYS a professional, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful staff that I would recommend to everyone. Not sure if it's the small town feel here in Parker or what it is, but I love them!

So we had money wired into our account, went in to tcf in Parker to withdraw 10k because we are moving and there is no branch where we are moving to. They told me they could only allow us to receive 5k and that we needed to drive to another branch to withdraw the other 5k. It wasn’t because they didn’t have it, it was because they wouldn’t allow it. So be careful people because now your baking institution thinks they get to control your money and how much you can and can’t use or spend. Can not wait to be able to close my accounts out at this pathetic “bank”. I’ve used far lower end banks in the past and this just takes the cake. I’ve never been told I can only pull out 5k. What happens if it’s an emergency medical or vet bill? “Oh sorry your animal is going to die because we won’t let you have your money” that might be a little dramatic but if they won’t let it out for moving then I doubt they would let it out for any other reason. Bunch of control freaks if you ask me. Very unhappy. Do not recomend this bank. Now I know why my mom pulled all her funds to Morgan Stanley and I will be doing the same.

Have had to go to them for a few issues with my account but everything was handled quickly and satisfactorily. All employees are friendly and attentive, and stressful money situations have been handled with care by tellers or managers. I wish they still had Sunday hours though.

I had some complicated requests and although the representatives were busy they helped me find the right solutions and set up my accounts with polite and skilled service. I love this bank so much i have had my family open accounts at TCF as well..#TCFBankIsAwesome

I've been doing business with TCF for 15 years and they still treat me like a second class citizen. These people are the worst bank I've ever done business with, and will be closing my account with them tomorrow. They put 5-7 day holds on checks I deposit, and then use my money for their own business while I don't have access to the money! These guys are a fraud!

Ridiculous. No one knows what's going on or what their supposed to do in any given situation. Everywhere I turn I get directed to someone else. "I'm not sure, let me get someone who can better assist you." Next person says the same damn thing. Does anyone in this building know what their doing?! It's the blind leading the blind!

I would give this ZERO stars if it allowed me to. Issues going back 2 years. Still have not been resolved and will not respond to calls or emails. NEVER do business with them!!!!
