just awful. cant tell people to stay away from this bank enough. The BBB would have a hay-day with these incompetent children they call tellers.

surprise charges. useless online banking and often incorrect balances. use any other bank

Horrible service. Just opened an account there and have already called 6 times about my account. It makes no sense on how the available daily balance reads. It's not a true balance. Even thought they say it is. Charged NSF fees when I should not have been and they wont credit it back. Going back to US Bank
