One - looks they’re moving things around just to move them around to keep us confused and unfamiliar with the layout. Two - they decide to do it on a weekend when it’s busy?
Put more focus on restocking the products that sell out. You’re out during weeks on most cases! Seems like the more I buy, the more likely you are to discontinue it.
Keep it simple!

Plenty of multi-colored hair, but not a lot of associates helping to move along the check out lines.
I’ve been there twice this month and the self check out line was long and slow moving. I had to set my purchases down and go elsewhere.
There were plenty of associates perusing the store, but there wasn’t any sense of urgency in delivering modest customer service (by moving the check out lines along). Two stars because the store is clean and well designed.

The store was not ZONED!! Empty boxes on the shelves especially in the seasonal section. Lack of product, terrible appearance from empty shelves, lack of team members even caring to make the store look better, terrible management, I even asked a team member why the shelves are full of empty boxes and lack of inventory ? He said he does not know and I should talk to the store manager!! This is how you train your team members to talk to customers?? What a despicable company !!!

This Target is nice and up to date.
They are frequently out of grocery items late Sunday.
It can get busy in the late afternoon and evening especially for Drive Up.
Staff are 50/50. As with any place some are good and others are terrible. Though there are usually a max of 2 working lines, so self check out or be prepared. They don’t help bag your own bags which makes it even slower.
For Drive Up orders you’re charged $1 for bags and not refunded regardless of how many you receive.
I’ve specifically requested an app update to state you don’t want bags. Other stores do refund money if less than 10 bags are use.

The customer service wait time is exorbitant! While we are standing in line waiting, the employees are taking stuff out to cars.No fault on them, total fault on Target for getting rid of their dedicated customer service team.

This has to be one of the most inefficient Targets I’ve ever been to. The manager should be ashamed. There are lines stretching out the door and they only have two cashiers working. An absolute clown show.
