I asked the cashier if the item I was purchasing could be price adjusted to match the 50% off price at the Castle Rock store, since Castle Rock was sold out. She called her manager Daniel to assist us, and he was AWFUL! I fully acknowledged that I could drive over to Castle Rock and have them fix it for me if I absolutely had to. I was SO polite and respectful. And this man gave me nothing but condescension and an attitude problem. He said he would be willing to honor it JUST THIS ONCE BUT IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!! And as I was trying to sincerely thank him, he stormed off while I was mid sentence. I will absolutely never shop with Daniel in Parker again, and I’ll be calling corporate to report his behavior.

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM TARGET!!! My wife purchased a Home Depot gift card for Christmas for me here, which turned out to be unusable. We initially suspected fraud - which has apparently become a major issue with gift cards - but after five different visits/phone calls between Target and Home Depot (totaling 4+ hours) we discovered the problem was actually due an issue with Target not properly activating the card. Despite having a receipt with an activation code, Target flat out refused to address their mistake or honor the purchase. The managers were completely useless, simply shrugging and saying they were "unsure what to do." A complete customer service fail, Target.

This company no longer accepting checks? I had heard that but didn't believe it. True, and was a problem for me without a credit card or cash. I had the proper ID and history of writing checks at the store before.

tried to buy gift cards but had a limit and the lady was about to work something out but then had a shift change and this other lady just straight up said no we cant get them no trying to work anything out or help us just rudely said no we can't lost out on like 600$ that we spent somewhere else

Always out of stock for online ordering. This store can’t keep up with ordering, not sure if the manager just doesn’t understand the system or what the problem is but basic grocery items are constantly out of stock. And then when you check nearby stores every other store in the area has it. What is the problem with this location? You are constantly out of items and losing business. I used to shop here exclusively but have switched to Sprouts because they are consistently stocked. Can’t wait for Whole Foods. Hope the loss of business will keep items stocked for the few left supporting you.

Please post a friggin sign for pharmacy hours and change the hours on the phone message. It is not open until 10:00. It closes at 6:00 on Sundays and 8:00 on weekdays. Also tell your employees so they know when people ask.

I had 4 items, 20 minute checkout. I used to come here 3-4x a week and I have spent some serious money at this Target over the years. Management is atrocious. I can’t stress enough how INCOMPETENT their checkout is. It was bad enough that they would inexplicably have most self checkout closed creating an unnecessary line, but now they are all shutdown. If you’re concerned about shoplifting Target, then you need to have an express line, more lines open, and have a checkout process that makes sense and doesn’t screw honest customers. I had 4 items this evening and had to wait in line 20 minutes. I got burned the other night as well. Both times, I was too far into line when another cashier opened up so the people who get served right away, have waited the least amount of time. Management absolutely does not care either. I complained to the cashier Kaden and told him I know it’s not his fault, but he said he would not talk to management about it. I have been brushed off like this other times I’ve mentioned how poorly checkout is ran here. Inexplicably NO express lines, and often understaffed. I watched 3 cashiers just standing there talking when it was obvious more assistance was needed. Who is prepared to wait in line over 15 minutes each time for under 5 items?This place is ran incompetently, and I will be going to Safeway from now on, their checkout is extremely efficient. This is a management problem, have some common sense and do better.

This target is really getting ridiculous with the self checkout. There was only two regular lines open yesterday and only one self checkout open. They waited until the lines were backed up before opening a second self checkout..Whyyyy. The employees there are so nice but this is just becoming such a difficult and unpleasant place to shop at. Also they consistently have the wrong price/sign under items .

One - looks they’re moving things around just to move them around to keep us confused and unfamiliar with the layout. Two - they decide to do it on a weekend when it’s busy?
Put more focus on restocking the products that sell out. You’re out during weeks on most cases! Seems like the more I buy, the more likely you are to discontinue it.
Keep it simple!
