I took my daughters new phone to this location to have it set up. Mo helped us and his customer service was the best that I have experienced in a long time. He was patient, kind and made our experience great. Mo should be made an example of what excellent customer service is. T Mobile should be proud to have an employee like him. Thank you.

Though I came in cranky, trying to deal with a family matter, the two gentleman were very calm, informative, and professional. They told me exactly what I needed to do, and now everything is taken care of. Thank you, and apologies for the eye rolls.

I went into l this location today to talk to someone about my watch and phone. The guy that helped me told me to call 611 and sent me to a place for them to look at my watch. I called 611 and the lady that was helping me told me that I didn't need to call 611 that it was a different issue with my phone. The customer service at this store is a big fay 0. I will never come back to this location.

I have so beyond had it with this company!!!!I could write a laundry list of things they have screwed me on.But to keep it SHORT here are a few examples:1. The sprint/tmobile merger was a nightmare. To put it nicely. And we lost the senior plan we were on before all because t-mobile didn't like that I was listed as the primary (under 55yrs old) and my mom was secondary. So had to go thro a change of ownership that royally messed things up. Should have left then ?2. Charging me full price for 2 smart watches that were originally BOGO. I tried to fight that mess over a year but ended up eating $450 because I was tired of dealing with them.3. MANY hrs, probably adding up to several days now spent on the phone with their incompetent customer service over seas and their just as incompetent service in person.4. You literally can never understand their billing and are constantly charged for the wrong things.5. They randomly shut my data off one day and had no explanation other than someone hit the wrong button. Why was someone in my acct messing with things?!6. This is what happened today:Almost 2 years ago I got a new phone (that was another ordeal I will spare u the disaster of) and bought a screen protector to go on it. The THREE employees working with me at the time said that the manufacturer offered unlimited replacements. Ok great. Over the last 2 years I've had my screen protector replaced FOR FREE atleast 6 times...Well today, they couldn't even locate my account with my phone number I provided 3 times (even called me by a diff name ?)She finally found me then expressed that they don't do that. Only if I have insurance on my plan.I HAVE NEVER HAD INSURANCE ON MY PLAN. And will never.So I explained the situation again, and the STORE MANAGER looked at me like I was crazy and again said she couldn't do it.So then how do u explain the last 6 times of me doing this?All she could say was "well they weren't supposed to"Ok... well that shouldn't be my problem ?Only reason I ever agreed to pay for a $50 screen protector in the first place was because it had unlimited replacements. If this was not the case I would have paid for my own $5 one on Amazon.So then she tells me I can try to contact the manufacturer and see if they will send me a new one ?Okay well then can u tell me who the manufacturer is because this was 2 years ago and obviously I don't remember?Nopeeee because I'm not the acct holder anymore ?What a joke this company is.Switching as soon as I can. Like I should have done a very long time ago. Would have saved me many headaches and brain cells.

I received an amazing costumer service 3 times now in the last 7 days at this store. Reverie and Moses are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had some pretty serious issues with the manager at the Parker 20 mile location and came here for assistance. Moses even remembered my name when I walked in. Even though I live 5 min from 20 mile location I will always come back here.

I went there on Sunday to add a line and get the new iPhone. The guy I worked with who apparently doesn’t work at the location said I had everything squared away and signed for and I would get an email confirmation. Come Tuesday I never get one. I called the store because that’s what support told me to do and the guy that answered said “he won’t remember anything I tell him so I need to callback and talk to the manager Lisa” I call back and Lisa did NOTHING to help me. She was rude and not helpful I almost cancelled everything then and there and went to a different company, luckily the support team was way more helpful. I don’t know if they are letting kids run this place or what but NO ONE seemed to care and I’m trying to purchase thousands of dollars of inventory and Lisa didn’t care at all. Get adults to run the store and people who actually care about their customers.

I just switched to T-Mobile from Verizon after 17 years of being with them. This process was quick, easy, fun and I felt like i was among friends instead of buying a car.Reverie!!!!! THANK YOU! I can't commend you enough for your patience and care with my situation today. Your casual upsell to a good phone, top-shelf case and overall customer service is commendable.If service over the years is as good as my experience today, I see no reason to worry.I haven't had this kind of customer service experience in a long time.

Had a very enjoyable experience with Justin. He was able to help me get my new phone switched over and save money on my plan. I would recommend going to the store, plus he is an absolute wizard with putting on a screen protector!

I went there to shop new phones. Dustin and Joe told us there is free iPhone 14 promotion and discount Apple Watches. We decided to upgrade 3 our phones and 3 Apple Watches. They kept us there 5 hours to complete the transaction. Whole family 5 hours there. Joe was very slow as well as Dustin. So I thought I saved some money. Now I am paying $500 a month. We used to pay $193 for 5 phones. I called a T-Mobile said the promotion was not applied correctly. Avoid this location please waste a lot of your time and money

I came in to try to see if I can get an iPad for my wife for her birthday and the woman I’m guessing she was the manager. There was very condescending and rude and did not want to be bothered because she was drawing when I asked her for help. She gave me a condescending attitude and would not answer any of my questions. And when I asked if I can speak to another sales person, she was telling me that I did not have to shop there if I did not want to speak with her. My new I was also there to pay my phone bill so I managed to get another gentleman to help me who is super kind an awesome and apologize to me on her behalf. It’s just kind of sad that this is the kind of customer service standards that this company now has for their employees. I am willing to drive to AT&T from now on and I’m switching my phone plan so I do not have to deal with somebody’s attitude when they are forced to do their job

Best experience I’ve ever had at T-Mobile. KeShan went above and beyond to help me resolve my account issues, Joey helped us problem-solve throughout the process (which took 2 days), and Ken was very nice/supportive throughout it as well. All 3 gentlemen are very helpful & personable. Even though this isn’t my nearest location, I will be coming back & would recommend anyone else to!
