FRAUD!!!!Do not use T-Mobile, and especially this store. I wish I read the reviews beforehand, but I thought I could trust such a big company. It turns out that these people are just a 3rd party that lie to you to make their commissions. We went in to transfer our service from AT&T and do their phone upgrade deal on Nov 5th, 2023. That went great...BUT THEN Jesus (Sales rep # ending in 401) said we could also upgrade both of our watches and iPad for free, as long as we had a connected line to each for 4 months ($300 for the 4 months), and then we can cancel the service if we wanted. We'll we went in today and talked to the Manager Brie, and that is not the case. You are stuck in the deal for 2 years!!! ($1800, $100 in activation fees, $100 in taxes).Brie says there is nothing she can do, and now I am currently waiting for T-Mobile to make things right and cancel our lines and shut this place down. According to the reviews, this store has done this before. If T-Mobile makes things right, I'll edit or write another review.

Miserable location. Was met by a woman and young man who both didn't want to work. Basically bots that just recite your account information back to you and refer you to the website

The store is supposed to be open until 8pm...I rushed out of work to get my phone upgraded only to find that they close at 6. Their website says 8 and there is no signage saying they're closing early. Go to another place that actually keeps their hours. If they close at 6, fine but update your webpage...and maybe actually place the hours of operations on the door. Every business in that block has hours of operations on their store front...not this one, probably to be lazy and close early and still get paid...maybe cooperate needs to check them out.

I still cannot wrap my head around the absolutely horrific experience I received at this store on 09/22. The manager name Sophie, if that’s her real name, flat refused to help as according to her words “ she is not getting any commission on this” to give you a background another store activated a line but were out of phones. I called this store in Parker before I came I was told they have phones and will absolutely help me. I guess once they realized there would be no commission they refused. In a very rude way. The store at Cottonwood told me I could go to any store and be helped. I asked for the manager’s name and was only given the first name. I asked for a last name or employee ID number and was literally told that “ figure it out on your own and leave my store”. I will never get back there. I understand the commission deal but telling that straight to the customer no, I’m not doing it and leave my store. I asked if that was T-Mobile policy I was told yes. I am switching to them from xfinity and I don’t believe for one second this awful customer service is their policy. Also, when I went to the store on Sunday, there was no one there when I walked in. I called hello and finally opened employees only door. The girl appeared and scolded me to never do it again in the future. What if she was hurt and needed help ? She was a bit out of it. I honestly thought she was on something but this speculation. She was not very professional. I’m shocked. Came back to cottonwood store and I will never go back to parker location even though I live 5 min away. I hope that a regional manager will read this and I would love to have a chat with him. This needs to be learning opportunity for this manager and employees. Absolutely unacceptable. I am now reading other reviews and apparently this is not just my experience. Why does this manager still manage there and tarnishes T-Mobile reputation. Please T-Mobile instead of your apology do something about management there. You are losing customers.

Ramon took care of me and did an amazing job on both my I phone 14+ and my Apple SE 2 watch. Spent a significant amount of time addressing all my issues.Highly recommend the store and Ramon.

Zero stars, worst employees at this store, rude. The girl took my address to ordered me a new screen protector for Galaxy Zflip phone, two weeks ago. I called this morning their 611 number and was told nothing ever was ordered on my account. Shameful customer service, this store was closed today, no explanation. They should close this location, enyway No one is being helped there.

This place is horrible we went three different times just for a screen protector the first time we waiting for a hour bc a guy didn’t have a code while 8 other people were there the second time we walked in and they were out and said we would have one in 7-10 business days and it’s been over 12 and the third time we walked in and she said it was a thirty minute wait and was the only person working and than rolled her eyes once we walked in.

I would say Sophia was the only one who helped me after 4 painful days of cutting off the service on my phone and hours and hours of speaking over the phone with tech. support. Chapeaux for her for helping me to fix the issue.

Don’t go to this location! I purchased a new iPhone several months ago from this location. The salesperson (maybe manager? Young kind of know-it-all guy) scammed me into getting a “totally free” Apple Watch & all I had to pay were the taxes on the device. I was super hesitant to get it and he literally put it in my bag and said “just take it, it’s a free watch.” Well turns out I’ve been being charged monthly for the service line for a watch I don’t even use/didn’t even want! It’s sitting in the junk drawer that he encouraged me to put in it when I said I didn’t have any need for it. I know I should have just put my foot down and said no. He also said I had to purchase a new charger for the phone because the port for the charger was different on the 14 than the 10 and just put it right in my bag (um, no it’s not and I didn’t discover that until after the return deadline). He definitely knew that, he was just trying to jack up the store’s revenue. Just wanted to share my experience so no one else gets conned by this guy. I will say when I discovered this the other day and contacted T-Mobile via Twitter the other day, the T-Force specialist was more than helpful in helping me get the line closed!

Business hours on Google and their door say they close at 8pm. Got here at 7pm to get a new phone for my son and it's closed.

Maybe hire someone who actually does their job and doesn't decide they're too lazy to work and closes the store two hours early so they can do nothing all night? Hiring someone who actually gives a crap about the job might be a good starting point. The store is a bad experience from start to finish. When they are there, they are rude and you can tell they don't wanna dona single thing for you.

Zero stars. They will help you with nothing and never answer the phone. They would not help me return an home internet device that came from their store, but the other location further north had no problem helping me. The employees were literally sitting down talking and doing nothing. Tmobile do you know how many times I have went into your store to ask a basic question or get minor help and ending up buying something….lots! If there’s no customer service and I just have to call the Philippines for help, I have no reason to come in and buy anything. I might as well downgrade to a cheaper prepaid setup and stick with unlocked phones and save a ton of money ! To the employees at this location, you better look for a new job, because there is no reason to have you here, you will be eliminated. Customer service translates to sales, its a pretty basic business principle.
