I called to get a drive up unit. They gave me a discount on the first month. I get to the facility, and the guy working there has to call 2 people to get things situated.He then shows me the unit, which is not a drive up. I tell him that it won't work, and ita not what I reserved. He then shows me another unit, and we start unloading.While unloading, I noticed a half dozen cigarettes in the corner.He then comes back and says that this unit does not have a discount, and he needs to charge me more money. At that point, we packed up and left.Apparently iy was his first day on the job, amd he was working alone.

Find a way to make the insurance more well known on the reservation portal. The homeowner insurance issue needs to be better emphasized so we can take advantage of that option.

I have rented at many storage units. The gal I checked out with was not friendly. She charged me more than owed and now I have to make a call. And I just got hit with another monthly fee. I am not happy.

Office staff is friendly and helpful but the storage itself is pretty basic. The units are essentially small garages with concrete floors, so while there are no bugs or rodents, things get dirty and there is no climate control. Might be what you want if you are trying to keep costs down, but I would not store anything valuable here.

Set up a storage unit. Michelle helped me through it, fast and easy. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and proficient with the technology. Also very competitive prices. Unit was very clean at move in.

Stopped by for pricing and ended up renting a unit with Arianna! She is amazing! She was super kind and very knowledgeable in all things storage. Her property is clean, the office was tidy and smelled so clean!On top of it all she is Funny! This was the easiest most relaxed rental I have ever been through.This lady is the best in the business!
