Lived there for 2 years with no problems overall a good place. Moved out and left the place spotless, they couldn’t find anything to charge us with except the hot pocket we left in the microwave (which was a clean microwave), and charged us 25 bucks haha. Sorry we got hungry while moving and forgot about it!

I've had a great experience with Stone Canyon from day one. I want to say thanks and great job to Oscar the maintenance person that recently handled our requests.

The staff had been very friendly and the office has been helpful. There are a lot of nice grassy areas and a big field in the back that your dogs will love. They also have some pretty neat little amenities. They are older apartments, and the maintenance does sometimes have a hard time keeping up, but overall our experience here was great! And the location is SPECTACULAR.

Was anyone complaining that it was dark at night or why are they installing lights brighter than my future? I like the effort on bringing safety to the complex with some visibility but can you lower the brightness?

Prepare for an utterly disastrous apartment experience characterized by abysmal service, frustratingly slow responses, and an onslaught of numerous issues that will undoubtedly leave you questioning your decision to reside here. From persistent ceiling leaks to dysfunctional washer/dryer units, pervasive mold infestations in the bathrooms, unsatisfactorily dirty conditions upon moving in, a parade of broken doors, malfunctioning screen doors, faulty fridges, unwarranted entries into your living space, water outages, HVAC problems, tears in the carpet, water damage wreaking havoc on your flooring, and an assortment of other grievances too numerous to list – this place is an embodiment of housing nightmares. The supposed silver lining of being well-priced for the area quickly fades into insignificance when weighed against the magnitude of issues that plague this complex, leading one to question whether the occupancy rate is a testament to affordability or perhaps a shared camaraderie among tenants enduring a shared misery. For those who find themselves wrestling with this living nightmare, a piece of advice emerges from the chaos – bypass the main office’s ineffectiveness and dial up corporate. Elevate your complaints to a higher echelon, sidestepping the bureaucratic hurdles and administrative neglect. This is not just a residence; it’s a symphony of discontent, a cacophony of grievances that warrants a direct line to corporate for even a glimmer of hope in this abyss of housing horrors. Brace yourself for a truly nightmarish tenure.

Don't move here. They won't let you view the place before you sign the lease. I was upset to find that my apartment appeared to not have been cleaned. The Air Conditioner never properly worked. I didn't realize this until summer came along. The master bedroom had a broken door knob that I had to fix myself. The kitchen counters were dirty and has what looks like dry paint on them. If you drive around the complex you'll notice that everyone has broken blinds in their windows. I thought surely that we would have new ones because we were new tenets. NOPE! They were broken and full of dust. The dining room was missing a light bulb. The washer barely spins and you have to dry clothes twice in order for them to be completely dry. The dishwasher is old and takes longer than any dishwasher I've ever used. None of the bedrooms have lights or ceiling fans so be prepared to invest in lamps and to be burning up every night. Also nobody cleans up their dog poop. Even if their dog poops on the sidewalk. I intentionally stopped paying rent because it's not worth 2600+ a month. This place deserves 0 stars but since I have no choice but to give them 1 then I will say The Assistant Manager Evalina is the ONLY positive. You can tell she has a heart for the people who live here but the rest of the staff doesn't care about anyone or anything but themselves. Don't be like me and ignore all the negative reviews. You'll regret it. ?

Don’t live here if you don’t want things stolen from your apartment. The last week I lived there I went to finish cleaning and left my vacuum. I come back three days later to get the last of my things and my vacuum was gone. Stone Canyon staff “refused to argue with me and said no one from their staff or their contractors would have stolen it”, yet both a member of their staff and their contractors had been in my apartment the three days between. No one would own up to STEALING my vacuum and they refused to do anything else to help me. Not only that, but when I went to finished cleaning, my carpet was soaked because of a gigantic water leak. This wasn’t the first water leak I had experienced while living there. They also never fixed a water leak in my bathroom and every time I would put in a maintenance request they would just come poke holes in the bubbling ceiling instead of actually fixing it. Overall, this apartment complex sucks. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Very rude staff! Neighbors leave trash out for days in breezeways. So gross! My utilities were 3 times as much this month and after several attempts to contact the manager I have yet to receive a response! Stay away!!!

I live in this place for more than half a year and it’s terrible. They could not even do one time exception on the late payment to remove late charge fee. When something breaks, takes forever to fix. I’m not very happy about this place and won’t recommend it. if you are looking for convenience and lux, it’s not here.

BREACH OF CONTRACT AND ADVERSE ACTIONS OF LANDLORD AGAINST TENANCY OF MY REAL_ESTATE
OUT OF MANY EXAMPLES OF ILLEGAL AND ADVERSE ACTIONS, AN EXAMPLE:
ON MARCH 28 2023
"Demand of Complaince or Possession" letter by Landlord, created by Tschetter Sulzer PC, delivered by Parker Police officer who barged into my apartment without permission or warrant; demanding to come with him now and vacate apartment.
Stated Reason: "Excessive and hostile communication". Meanwhile, in my apartment of 1 bath; for 4 months; I have a broken toilet seat, no fix.
Why is law enforcement involved in civil matters of Landlord/Tenants?
Why is Landlord not addressing a simple fix, but has taken extreme measures in creating intorable living environment for me?
This is not acceptable. This is illegal. This Landlord's right to property management and/or ownership under its business license must be suspended or revoked.
This review is my experience with business Thompson Michie Associates; supported by evidence with sole intent to convey truth of the matter for residents and non residents to make informed decision.

They know in advance they aren't going to renew your lease. Probably to renavate give you a little over 30 days to be out and find another place. Even though you are the perfect tenant!! When asked to talk to the manager whos in the back office its not allowed. No reason no answer. The worse magement company l have ever seen.
