Have been here a couple of times and received okay nails a little over drilled but okay. Went in for a pedicure and was told very rude. We don't have time! . The lack of customer service was astounding. And of course I do understand if you don't have an appointment you may not be able to be seen and that is fine, a more acceptable response would be oh I'm so sorry we don't have no available appointments today, but can you come back tomorrow and give the person options of times. Since the owner seems to be just fine and she must be completely financially secure then she obviously does not need my money so I do not need to go there. Visit at your own risk.

My to go Nail salon for years, the staff is always so friendly, attentive and helpful. I love that they know me by name and are genuinely interested in me and my nail style.

Stella Nails is the place to go when I am in Colorado. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The lady who did my nails was so sweet and even helped me pick out a color. Thank you for doing my nails so well!! I can't wait to come back and see you again!

Nail tech was very rude. Got gel all over me fingers and said it was because my nails were "too short" and cuticles were "bad". Granted those things are true lol but not very great for an excuse doing this awful of a job on my nails. They were super lumpy and just really disappointing in general.

Although Vivian was amazing, sweet & patient; Mai Li was not. She was rushing me, rough on my hands, rude, got my color wrong, made my nails shorter than I wanted and gave me ugly thick nails. She kept telling me the extra charges on colors and shapes even though I didn’t ask. But then she over charged me for my nails saying it’s because I picked gel. I when I walked in I said I was in for full set of tips and dip. She began doing acrylic without even asking me. She didn’t help me find the color that I showed her I wanted and gave me a darker shade. She cut my finger open and over charged me $15 for a gel I didn’t even ask for… will not be going back. Mind you, I wanted baby blue, grayish blue almost and this is what I got…a pic of what I showed her for reference

I like coming here to get my nails done. I get dipped nails that are safe for your own nails and last very well. Vivian is my go-to person. She does a beautiful job, and I am often asked where I get them done.

I'm so frustrated this business it has let me down numerous times and I've been coming here for almost 2 years I am always waiting 20-30 minutes after my appointment time and when I show up 5 minutes late I'm not allowed to take my appointment after I called to let them know I was stuck in traffic then i was not allowed to book another one bc I was late I'm not happy with this place or the terrible customer service

Love this place! I tried it after reading the other reviews here. I get a mani every 3 weeks and pedi every 6 weeks. My schedule demands make it so that I have limited time to get services like hair and nails. I need to make appointments weeks in advance and know that it will happen reasonably on time. I have been there twice and both times I had a great experience! This is my new nail salon! I make an appointment and they honor it. I don't wait behind clients who walked in. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and they do a beautiful job on my fingers and toes. It's a family business. Their prices are not the most expensive or the cheapest, very competitive with other salons in the area that aren't as good. I have no problem with what I pay. Melissa does my nails and she is really good; very thorough and meticulous. It's very clean throughout--something that's really important to me. They have a great selection of colors and lots of great ways to jazz up my nails. They guarantee my gel manicure for 2 weeks. If anything happens they fix it. Highly recommended!

Ok this place is AMAZING. My last 2 visits have been the best experience I have ever had in a nail salon and it's all thanks to Lynn! She helped me a week ago with an acrylic set removal (done at another shop.) She was so patient, gentle, went above and beyond even teaching me about how I could get healthier natural nails by switching to dip!Fast forward to my first ever dip manicure with Lynn today and it was fantastic. She is so passionate about what she does and you can see it in every detail! Overall this salon is a straight 10/10, everyone is so nice and friendly, it's very clean. I won't be going anywhere else in Parker.
