I just want to say that Tori is amazing! She is the most patient and kind sales representative that my family has ever dealt with! She took so much time explaining everything to my husband and I so we understood everything that we were being sold. Tori also went above and beyond looking at every option to give my family the best deal. Thank you for everything Tori! We enjoyed our experience with Tmobile only because of you ❤️

I came into this location because I went into another location where the employee was rude and misinformed me. I came to the LINCOLN location and was helped by Don. He was absolutely incredible. Not only did he help us out he went above and beyond to make sure we got everything done we needed to do. I will ONLY come to this location from now on. Thank you Don. You are the best.

Drew was exceptional. I wanted to add my wife to my phone plan. Drew helped us through the entire process. He even got us a good promo with new iPhones. His team was also super helpful. I would always come to this store if I have a question or any type of issue. Staff members are so great at this store.

Tori went above and beyond my expectations. I had been having issues with my iPhone 7 and realized I needed to upgrade my phone. I was dreading having to go to the store to upgrade. I couldn't decide if I should stick with the iPhone or switch to an android. Tori was very informative on both products and put both of them on hold for me so I could think it over. I decided to get the iPhone 13, as well as the apple watch. She took the time to show me tips/tricks to using the phone. I ended up having to go back to the store the following day, as my reception was worse with the new phone. She swapped out my SIM and I haven't had any issues. I'm enjoying both products and I'm very happy with my decision. She will be my go to if I ever have any issues in the future.

Welp it's Sunday at 2pm and it says they are open till 6pm. I'm trying to call before wasting a trip there about services. Rings and rings untill the call hangs up all 3 times. Already bad customer service. Ridiculous. Welp my boyfriend has this service and I'm so glad he could witness the calls not being picked up so he can leave and come on to the service I have. Do better

Drew and Anthony are the best! I needed to transfer files to a new phone. They were fast, friendly, and great fun. I learned all about T-mobile global services for when I am traveling. Great service from wonderful people! Thanks Guys!!

Disappointed that no one called me, as I was informed would happen, when my phone order arrived at the store. I finally called the store to check & it had been delivered, yesterday!

Horrible cell service, T mobile kept billing me after I terminated, ported service. Store said they couldn't stop Corporate false billing Corporate refused requests to stop the billing. Thank goodness, it was billed to a Costco credit card. Costco stepped in, investigated, credited full amount. Barred all future T-mobile charges. Avoid T mobile at all costs. Join Costco. Get a Costco credit card. Costco hammers other companies bullying their credit card holders with false charges.

My wife and I order three phones and a watch back in December, we where told everyone would be in within a week. Well over a month later we still had issues getting our phones. It took five visits to the store and serval excuses from Trey of why they where never order. On the 6th visit Tori help us and did a fantastic job!! She was the only employee to follow up with us and actual care to make us happy. If it wasn’t for her I would have canceled my service and found a new carrier. Tori thank you for all your help both my wife and I appreciate you.

Diesel got me setup with a new phone super quickly after I had lost mine yesterday, even as some impatient Karen stormed out of the building in a hissy fit. Very chill employees that know what they are doing.

Trey did an amazing job helping me get the T-Mobile home Internet setup & purchased. I was in & out in maybe 10 mins. Great customer service & I definitely recommend this specific location over the other to locations.

Great costumer service but I noticed that Tori was not helpful to her coworker. I watched Diesel help 4 or 5 costumers while she was with one costumer for an extremely long time. When me and my family were being helped another customer came in needing help and instead of her helping Diesel she interrupted him telling him to complete another task and informed him that she was leaving to take her break and proceeded to leave the store.
