“I needed several documents notarized to submit to the Secretary of State. The notarizations were apparently a bit unusual, and I had been turned away by another notary, but UPS said they could help me. It turned out to be a long process and I had to come in to the store three different times (because the first two times they did the notarization, it wasn't the right format), but the store manager kept working with me until it was finally correct. The manager could have easily given up and told me to go somewhere else, but I appreciate that he stuck it out with me, even though it took a while!”
“This place is ridiculously helpful. Someone told me it’s the #1 UPS store in the state, I believe it. I have come in with so many unique needs and they were super helpful.Today I had a return and it was in a shipping bag that was opened. Return label was USPS and I came in and asked to buy a box. He said, we can actually tape this bag all up, put the label on and give it to USPS so you don’t need to buy anything.They do stuff like this all the time.
