Lot of staff turnover lately, which is leading to customer inconveniences. Went in 8/20 for brakes, asked if I was close to being due for oil change. They didn’t check until I was called when vehicle was ready & I asked. Was told no, didn’t need now had another 1k miles to go. 2 days later all the maintenance lights come on, I had set the trip to watch the miles since the sticker they applied fell off & then reapplied (during brakes) and smudged so I couldn’t read it.
I pull my recent invoices and see that they were incorrect and must’ve just thrown a number out. 9 days nine later I see I’m actually now over due by a few hundred miles and my trip is only 415 miles since 8/20. So math doesn’t add up & now I’m heading back to shop for something I requested at my visit 8/20. Just inconsiderate of others time & not how I want to be treated as a customer. Oh funny thing, which kinda baffled me, showing the lack of knowledgeable staff. The Service Writer told me to just bring in and they'll reset my maintenance warnings…. Umm how would that fix that fact I need an oil change?
I’ve worked in dealerships so I’m not some dummy. And thanks, I know how to reset my own lights… but they aren’t going off for NO REASON. ??♀️

We were trying to finish the workday when we got a flat tire on our trailer. The other shops around didn't want to take our business since it was just an easy and quick repair and told us they were 'too busy' to take care of it. Stopped by Service Street and they immediately got to work to get us back on the road. We work pretty much all around the Denver Metro so now we know where to go if we need help in the Parker area. Totally recommend!

I had to take my 2011 chevy silverado in to get an alignment. I had an amazing experience. It had been out of alignment since I got the truck. We called two hours before they closed and they were still able to get us in. Nick helped us out over the phone and we had a great time chatting with him. I felt the technician spent a little extra time and really got everything just right! He even test drove it to make sure it was perfect. My truck is driving like a dream now.

Not a trusted service center. I went for my crv intermitant startup issue. They gave an expensive quote to replace alternator which is way more than the others are offering at lower cost. I even had to pay diagnostic inspection cost which is 50% more than others. I suggest don't go to this service center, they charge atleast 40-50% more than others.
The last but not least, my vehicle was not starting at all when I got it back and I had to toe to other shop. Very rude and irresponsible.

I ran into an issue with the pricing at first and got misquoted. I was quite frustrated with this but went through it anyway. Shortly after I got a call from the general manager who handled it perfectly, and was able to price match me for the inconvenience. She was super polite and kind about everything. I highly recommend this location for their amazing customer service, friendly staff, clean facility and services provided. Great job!

I must express my reservations regarding the suitability of this establishment for servicing high-end vehicles. Recently, I brought my wife's Maserati Levante GT to their facility for an oil change. Regrettably, the experience proved to be far from satisfactory.
After a considerable wait of two hours, I was compelled to seek assistance from a Maserati dealership to address a critical issue with the vehicle's computer system. This additional visit incurred an extra cost of $600. The store manager had assured me on two separate occasions that their facility was equipped to update and service the vehicle’s system. Unfortunately, this assurance was not fulfilled, resulting in a significant inconvenience and unexpected expense.
The store manager's failure to deliver on their promise has led me to conclude that this establishment may not be the best choice for servicing high-end vehicles. The lack of expertise and follow-through in handling sophisticated automotive systems has been particularly disappointing.
In summary, based on my experience, I would advise owners of luxury vehicles to consider alternative service providers who are better equipped to meet the needs of high-end automobiles.

Don’t bother making an appointment! I ended up waiting an hour and 45 minutes! They let me know that they handle walk-ins first I don’t really understand the point of an appointment if you’re still waiting an hour and 45 minutes? I guess maybe let people know their wait time so they can decide if maybe a walk-in would be faster, regardless plan to be there all day or leave your car appointments. Here are a waste of time.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 10 AM. It's 12:15 PM, and we're still not even started. ETA is another 1 - 1 1/2 hours to be done. 3 - 4 hours for a scheduled oil change is unacceptable, if they knew we'd be running that far behind, they should have called and told us not to come in until later.

Always have a great expereince here at the Parker Location. I bring all 3 of my family's vehicles here and they are able to fit around my busy schedule. They never recommend anything I don't need and also have guided me in to making repairs or regular maintenance on a conveniently schedule so I do not have to make them all at once. Highly recommend Service Street, Paker!

Brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change and it was quick and easy and the service advisor was very professional and let me know options for future services. I'll definitely be back!

Megan was incredibly helpful! Went to a car parts store to have our electrical system checked and was told we needed a new alternator. So we purchased the alternator but decided to go to Service Street for a second opinion. The technician at Service Street identified that it was a battery and not the alternator saving us hundreds of dollars. Thank you Megan and the Service Street team for your continued help. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for all of our vehicle needs.

I had come to Service Street seeking a second opinion on my cars axels after getting told by another auto shop that they needed to be replaced. I honestly at first had looked up the closest mechanic shop that worked with my Carmax warranty- but when I tell you this place is amazing- it’s fricken amazing! Their team genuinely cares about their customers, especially Megan! Megan has been a saint helping me out with getting through to warranty, going over steps with me on what needs to get done and a time table to get it done, and continues to all around be the most awesome and helpful person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! And the work their shop does is incredible as well at a great price! 10000/10 recommend this shop to anyone who needs a good mechanic and is looking for friendly and awesome staff.
