We used this facility for our first time dumping our living quarters horse trailer. The staff member was very friendly and she was extremely patient and helpful since this was our first time with this process. Thank you!

We only use their dump station. Call ahead to schedule a time. Easy and convenient. Nice to schedule so we don’t have to wait for other to dump. Price is $25 to dump but mind you someone is coming to meet you there. State park charge $28 plus $8 for entry.

I made an appointment to service my 5th wheel at this place today. What a mistake. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, partially because it's confusing as to know where their entrance is. They have two locked gates and one of them is the entrance on a different street. Anyway, they put someone ahead of me which I was ok with. I waited for about 45 minutes until they were ready for me. I could tell they were extremely irritated that I was even there. They rushed me out, and made rude comments to me as I was leaving. What kind of place does that? I guess they have enough customers and don't need more. If you enjoy being treated like trash, and don't care about your expensive vehicles, then please come here, You'll get what you want. As for me, I have owned many RVs over the years and had them serviced many times and have never been treated this poorly. There is no way I would ever recommend this place and I will never, never never go back. Thanks

The person on duty was a snotty rude teenager. Totally unaccommodating and on professional she was mouthy and condescending and insulting. I would never leave an expensive RV in the care of a child. This company needs to hire an adult.

The laziest employees ever. And the Manager/Owner does not care for his customers. I work for UPS and came their one day in my big brown truck with my brown uniform on to make a delivery for a customer. And was told I couldn't be allowed in the gate because they were worried I would "steal" something. So instead of coming out to the gate and escorting me to the garage to make the delivery. The employees stared and watched me through the camera! What great services. I even spoke with the customer I was delivering to and she said the system this RV vault has sucks. It makes her life way harder because she has to drive 30 mins to come accept her deliveries since the people in the office refuse to help her out. I mean absolutely the worst Customer Service.
