I Absolutely Had the best experience here! The gentleman that helped me out was very patient with me and had Me try on at least six pairs of shoes to make sure I was comfortable with them for running. I left there with the best pair of running shoes I’ve ever had in my entire life, hands-down.Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I will never shop for running or walking shoes anywhere else , this is my go to store.

I’m a little behind on my review, but certainly cannot let this go by without saying just how AMAZING Trent was with helping me find the PERFECT shoe for my feet! I truly felt SO cared about! Trent took SO much time with me making sure that I did not leave in the wrong shoe. I have told so many people about my experience there. It’s truly above and beyond service!! Me and my feet can’t say thank you enough!!

i had the best experience at rnk last week when i was looking for my first pair of running shoes!! the owner took so much time helping to make sure he understood my personal preference/concerns & i got to try a variety of different shoes. he also performed a gait analysis to help me find the right shoe. the employees were all so nice & friendly. i will continue to get my shoes there & i feel so much better running with shoes that are right for me & my style of running! thank you rnk! see you in ~300 miles :)

Just had the best experience here. Chloe got me into the right shoe for my run style and helped me till 6pm right at close time. I got to try on many different options from cushion levels and different brands and was encouraged to use treadmill to test with every shoe and never felt rushed. First time trying Hoka Mach 5!I was just at REI earlier in the day staring at so many shoes and nobody was knowledgeable enough to recommend a specific brand, fit or size to cater to how I run. This is the exact opposite experience.I highly recommend RNK, the owner was there as well and he was great, making sure despite a busy store, everyone was being helped.

My podiatrist recommended going and getting new shoes and inserts. I was meticulously taken care of and can't wait to try out my new shoes and inserts to see if it helps with my mysterious foot pain. Highly highly recommend, fellas in here are super nice

EXPERT. NO-PRESSURE. LOCAL. Can’t say enough good about our experience at RNK. I can see why the store was hopping when I went in. Trent helped us. You can tell right away that he’s passionate about running (and igniting in others a love for it as well). Took the time to get to know my son while listening to his running goals. Analyzed his strike pattern, made solid recommendations, and was never pushy. Walked out of the store with 2 pairs of trainers and some XC spikes. Very different from a “big box” store experience. If you need shoes, save yourself some trouble and just START HERE.

Wow! I'd never really put much thought into running or walking shoes when I needed them. I just went to various places, tried some on and if I liked them, I bought them. With the wear and tear I gained over the years leading to hip, knee and ankle issues, I thought maybe I should be smarter about the shoes I should buy and I only wish I did this sooner. Friendly and knowledgable staff that took the time to determine the best shoe for my needs along with comfort and putting less stress on my joints and now I've got the most comfortable pair running/walking shoes I've had in years, maybe ever. Highly recommend the store and staff to get you what you need for your level of athletic shoe wear
