Ryan was great... explained everything that they were going to do before they did it to make sure we were comfortable with the repairs. They even fixed a few things another shop in town did (incorrectly). Wasn't pushy with a bunch of unnecessary items, they only use OEM parts, a great experience. They just got three new customers based off todays experience.

Very happy I found Right Auto Care. The check engine light came on in my Jeep GC, I took it to another local place that quoted me nearly 4k for a number of different issues. I reached out to dozens of other shops for quotes for the same work. Right was the only one that actually took time to understand more of the issue and provide more appropriate recommendations. Not only did they establish trust early but they were also the lowest quote for the same work (by nearly half). The best part was when the work was done and I came to pick up my car, the original quote has honored to the penny, no attempts to upsell or "discovery" of more "necessary" work. The car rides much better now and Right saved me a significant amount of money.

I love the detailed inspection they do. They email you photos and what should be addressed, what is good, etc. Everything was done in a timely manor and the total was what was discussed ahead of time. We will be bringing all our Subarus here!

Sean and Ryan worked with me addressing an issue with my Jeep that was as stubborn as a mule requiring patience and resourcfullness. I always feel reassured that Shaun and all the other guys know what their doing. They are so helpful, pleasant and honest. That's hard to get these days, but that's what you get everytime you walk in their front door. I seriously would not go anywhere else.
