Location isn't bad. Charge $2 for printing which is way more than all other UPS locations, as in other UPS locations don't charge you.

This store refuses to prove themselves and will not take responsibility. Dropped off a package to return to Amazon. After over a week the package does not show picked up. I went back to ask about it and they state they gave it to the driver but they cannot and will not give me anything to prove it, just the tracking number that shows not picked up.

Paid for shipping on a custom shipping on a custom table I built and they destroyed it. I had to drive to Texas (from Parker, Colorado) where it was delivered to re-make the table. Don't waste your money with this location. They are not professional, nor do they care about what they're shipping. Insurance is a joke too. Avoid this store.

These people are price gouging because of the virus. $100 to ship a very small package overnight and 50 for 2nd day shipping. They are obviously unethical and taking advantage of this current pandemic situation and this store should be shut down

I don't ship a lot of packages, so maybe I'm inexperienced, but man I feel like I got taken advantage of here, so I won't be going back. My total, for mailing an oversized padded envelope which they charged me $2.99 for [fair], was $38 for a package shipped on Friday to arrive "Tuesday or Wednesday". Afterward, I had massive buyer's remorse (I was broke, no money left), felt like I'd been robbed and was embarrassed to have paid so much, so I visited the UPS website to check my shipping cost afterward, and the maximimum it could possibly be was $21.25 for the fastest shipping available (which I did not choose). So, I paid $35+ in shipping, handling and whatever else to get a paperback and an envelope to the East Coast from this store, not using high level express services. I'm sure these guys are better to their regular customers than they were to me, and probably don't try to rob them, but man I felt like they cheated me - which is a bad feeling - so I won't be going back there again.

The two women that were working there when I went in were very unpleasant. I asked them to repeat the prices that they gave me to make sure I had them right (I was collecting the cost from the recipient) and they were almost hostile. I left and went to a location in Lone Tree (not a UPS store). Not only was it cheaper, but the man working there was very helpful.

My experience with this UPS Store after multiple visits has been nothing but exceptional. They tend to get busy, but the employees here are always patient and courteous. Dinesh spent the time to explain many services they have available and made things very easy to understand.

Usually the gentleman that runs this store is very helpful however, I had something to ship that I basically just needed a box for. They wanted to charge me $7 to pack. I asked what they did and said they "fill the empty space". I said a box will work fine, I can pack it myself. They gave me the box and when I asked if they had tape (while he was taping a box!) he says, "you'll have to buy your tape. I cannot let you use ours - you might scratch yourself and sue us". Wait....what???? I paid for the box and left - and won't return.

Some facts about this location: They will charge $1 for a small strip of packing tape if your package isn't sealed. They may or may not accept USPS drop off packages with pre-paid postage, it depends on who is working. (They have always taken my pre-paid USPS packages, and one time they were busy and the guy turned me away and sent me to the post office. I don't have time to guess whether or not they will accept my pre-paid package.)

This team is always so helpful, they are an important extension of my business. I moved 300 miles away and they review and forward my mail when needed happily. Communication and service is fantastic!!
