12 out of 10 would recommend! One of the big banks dragged their feet on underwriter approval knowing full well my situation trying to buy a condo in Denver prior to sale of my existing condo out of state with some tricky recent comp changes at work. Big bank tells me the Friday before NYE that couldn't make it work after almost 2 weeks of assurances everything would be fine and a week before i needed to have financing locked up before earnest money was at risk. Talked to Vince Tuesday after the holiday weekend and by Friday he had a solution worked out and everything was back on track. Moving to Denver wouldn't have been possible without him and his team.

You don't fit the cookie cutter mold of society and need a mortgage? Look no further. These guys know the rules and the why's behind them. If your lender said no, ask around till you get either a good reason or a "yes". Personally I'd start here... too many lenders only know how to work with picture perfect client scenarios but there's so many exceptions to the rules. Plum Creek is the difference between being stuck in a box and thinking outside of it.
