We have been with Pine Grove for 22 years with three pups. We loved them until the last 3-4 years when it became apparent to us that it became a business that was focused on the money versus the personalized care we had come to expect. It became even more apparent when we had to put our pup down at 15 1/2 years, used an incredible in home service to help us through the transition, which included notifying Pine Grove, and Pine Grove didn't even have the courtesy of sending a simple condolence post card to us, which we received after the passing of our other two dogs... at their clinic. Once the clinic changed hands, we experienced a change in the service level and it became less about doing the right thing to doing whatever it takes to bring in more money. At one time, I would have recommended this clinic to anyone that would have asked. That is no longer the case.

I was nervous to find a new primary vet in Colorado after moving in from out of state, but Pine Grove Animal Hospital has been amazing for me and my dogs! Dr. Guster and Dr. Chauvin have both taken exceptional care of my dogs, and even avoided a surgery for one of my boys with care, medication, and follow ups. We love this place!

A neighbor recommended Pine Grove to us when we were new to the area back in 2019, and we've been loyal patients ever since. Our dog can be a bit challenging at the vet, and every single doctor and vet tech we've seen has been incredible with him — patient, gentle, understanding. The entire staff is wonderful, communicative, and so kind. (Special shout out to Dr. Guster who our dog just LOVES and responds so well to). It's truly been a blessing to us (and our pup!) to find this animal hospital!

I think I have finally found the vet home I have been looking for to take care of our sweet Lexi. Erica made us feel so welcome and Dr. Carey was thorough and caring. She explained everything to me about Lexi’s care. I would recommend this veterinary office for anyone!

All of the staff took care of my sweet new puppy Sawyer. We feel confidently that he will have the best care here. Erica was so nice and kind in answering all my questions! Heather helped me add payment over the phone when my husband forgot his wallet. My husband says the doctor and vet techs were absolutely wonderful too!

Pine Grove Animal Hospital is a friendly and informative place to take your pets for all their veterinarian needs. Dr. Guster and his staff are the best! Dr. Guster and his assistant Y.E.S spent an hour and a half answering questions and taking care of my senior dog. They truly care about their patients and their pet owners.

I have been going here for several years and absolutely love it. I know that my dogs will always receive the best care. The front desk and vet techs are all awesome, a long with the vets. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I am in awe! Each employee was simultaneously professional and personable making it the most welcoming and calming place, for me and, very evidently, my cat. The facility was so clean and didn't smell like a typical medical setting, which calmed my cat down lots. My cat was nervous and vocal while driving there, but by the time we drove home he was calm and silent. I was expecting him to be upset with me when we got home for taking him to the "scary doctors" like he has every time before but this time he was so energetic and affectionate after. I attribute that to the hospitable service here. Despite it being my first time there, every person knew my cat's name. They even made me a coffee when I came in! Dr. Guster and his assistant Cumorah were incredibly transparent about how much every little thing would cost and always empowered me to make the ultimate decisions. I made a 30 minute commute to this clinic and I will be making it any and every time I have a medical concern with my cat. This is the Michelin Star of veterinary clinics!
