I received a comprehensive inspection, tire rotation, and oil change in an hour and 15 minutes time. The inspection was easy to read and I received estimated quotes which helped me prepare for my next visit. Used a Groupon and received a major discount which made my day! Thank you PPSTAR!

My tire pressure light had gone off for the second time in two days and so I knew it was time to have it checked for nails. I went to Parker Point S Tire and Auto Repair since I had been going to them for all my repairs. I am very glad that I went since they found not only one, but two very large screws in the same tire. The staff were fast, efficient, and extremely helpful. The owner was very kind and thorough. I will definitely be back there in the future!

If you're going through GROUPON, this isn't the place for you. Go get a Midas Groupon (around $40 plus they cover up to 5 quarts and taxes before they charge fees) for an oil change then go to discount tire for a free tire rotation. You will save loads more money. They don't have this on Groupon details (I got mine for $40, with discount code and military discount, original $74.99), but you'll have to pay OIL RECYCLING FEE and EXTRA TAXES, it's about +$12 or more. Being unemployed every dollar is counted and having a surprise fee was really aggravating. They should disclose that in the groupon details, even Midas says it's covered up to 5 quarts.

Just got done and was taken care of by a gentleman named James at the front desk. He had amazing customer services and made you feel welcome and not rushed or judged if you denied extra services like other mechanics. When you come ask for james to take care of you. Not only that, the whole team was great and would recommend them to everyone!! Thank you James ??????

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The work they performed was misdiagnosed. Said all pulley wheels were good yet missed the idler pulley some how. Did your mechanic really diagnosis? They told me they needed 9 more hrs to disassemble to gain access and failed to reassemble anywhere near how it should, damaged my bumper by ripping the tabs that go into brackets and hardware holes and decided to zip tie parts and liners back, headlamps were not set right and lens scratched, fender is missing paint, radiator hose blew off within 24hrs, mechanics will talk under their breathe as they walk away from you, an the owner will not take responsibility for his employees. Over $6k damage to my vehicle.

I got a big hole in my tire, I called and a lovely woman answered the phone and got me an appointment just an hour later. I showed up and a gentleman said you must of talked to my wife. They were full and busy but made time to get me in and out and didn't even charge me. This seems like a great family run business with great morals.

I came in today with a referral from a tow truck driver when I came in service was prompt Fair AND TIMELY!! Cade got me set up with a new account and make sure if I was now a member the point of team. James was the person performed the tire swaps he inspecte
d my tires and my rims and gave me future advice on how to maintain my tires it was an overall great experience here as maybe both men may need pay raises based on today's effort alone. Thank you guys.
