“We initially bought 20 gal of the wrong color paint for our home exterior due to misreading our HOA paint schemes. The day before starting the job, we took four 5-gal buckets of body and trim paint back to this location. The staff manually computed the pigment formula differences and re-colored the paint for us. Thankfully this was possible as our incorrect choices were similar, but lighter, shades. The new colors were exactly right across all four buckets and we did not have to re-purchase 20 gal of paint. We were greeted by Jackson with a warm smile and he made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. He walked us through what to expect with our choice of paint colors, what finishes to choose and helped us estimate our quantity.
