Today I (Black female) decided to go to One Stop Coin Laundry & Dry to wash my big comforters. I usually come here pretty often to do so . When I went this time I had placed big bags filled with my comforters in front of the washers to reserve them and went to retrieve the rest of my items from my car. While I had stepped out for a couple minutes or so I found someone else (white female) putting their items in the washers that i had intended on using. I had then told her that I was going to use those washer and she had said she didn’t know and told me that the a lady working there (white female) had told her she didn’t know whose items they were and to go ahead and use them despite seeing me bring my items and place them there. Instead of causing a scene i allowed her to proceed putting items in the washer. However, when I initially addressed the lady working here about the situation her response was extremely rude. The lady had clearly seen me struggle to bring my items in and disregarded the fact that i was using the washers and processed to act dumbfounded when i asked her why she did so. Additionally before this situation the same lady working here acknowledged that she had seen me before and greeted me. I ended up leaving and found a better serviced laundromat. I do not recommend going here !

This place is so disgusting. ? I don't understand the great reviews. I'm including pictures. First, the electronic readout isn't clear as lights were out and different sizes. It was supposed to read out of order. But no ther signs were added to make this clear. Second, the washers are not stoppable as one of the washers dropped my 2 yes both my soap pods under the door and didn't wash the load so I have to do it again for 9.50 for one small load. Third, the washers do t fill with enough water to suds up or give a great wash. Fourth, this place is filthy, nasty, and I won't come here again. See pictures.

1/6/24 3:15pm…Definitely first class service! I put too much soap in the machine for the load that I was washing, and when I noticed that the cycle ended and everything was still soapy, the manager paid for another wash to rinse it off and even added some fabric softener to get rid of the suds. So wonderful and friendly!

I liked going here because I was able to do a load of laundry and get it dried for $5 and now they've gone and raised the price of a load by a dollar. Not cool. I'll find somewhere else.

The lady with the short hair was extremely unaware of her surroundings as she was changing trash bags. I had to ask her not to hit me with the can as she was changing it. You get the same respect that you give.
