I had a great experience with this location purchasing items for my grandson's school project. I had questions on a few of the items and the manager of the store was very helpful and I really appreciated his assistance. The cashier at the front checkout stand was very friendly and helpful too.

The customer service here is atrocious. You ask for any sort of help and it's like you've completely inconvenienced their day, especially with printing. Take your printing needs anywhere else.

I just bought a $60 chair matt which is literally kust a sheet of plastic and didn't ask for a receipt (which is my fault) but had I known how bad this would look and how it comes rolled up so it doesn't lay even on my floor I would have asked for a receipt and returned it. Waste of money

I have used the printer 3 or 4 times this month and thank god for Allie. She is so helpful and professional. Every time I have needed help she is there with a smile on her face and positive attitude. We need more people like here in the world and it would definitely be a greater place. Thanks again to Allie

Danielle in the print department went above and beyond her job description! She was not only personable but patient and understanding. For our large print order of over 1000 copies, she called me several times to make sure she had it right. She copied, folded and inserted flyers into over 500 cards. They look great! Give this girl a raise!
