Quality has gone downhill. My last (and final) visit was rushed, several of my dip nails popped off the same week, and it took a few days for my cuticles and finger tips to heal from being cut and filed too close. I am sad to write this review. I was really hoping this place would hold its own. I hope they step back and slow down a bit to provide a better quality service for their clients soon.

I am so disappointed. Very painful, messy, cut my nails after asking how I wanted the length kept. When it was done I had the worse feeling. I've gone a number of times to get nails done but this will be my last. I assure you. The man who does the nails does a much better job, js.

I bounce around town trying to find a nail place that I can be a regular at....this might be it. I found this location because a friend drives down here from Arvada to have her nails done here. From Arvada. Let that sink in. The staff is friendly, funny and do a nice job. The decor is very nice and I've never seen a salon with such a vast selection of dip powders!

This is my regular go-to spot for nails! I have been to a few in the parker area and I love it here. They are newly remodeled, very clean, and very friendly. The owners are always there working hard. They put all their effort and energy into this business and it has really turned around from previous owners. Great price - great people - great selection. Highly recommend!

Had SNS French. White is uneven. The pink top coat looks like it has bubbles in it. My cuticle bled after filling. Yeah, wouldn't go back. The lady was talking crap about another customer who was getting nails done. I get the other lady was being difficult, but show professionalism. Won't go back. I'll do my fake Impress or Kiss nails myself next time. They last a long time and it takes 1/4 the time.

Always get my Pedicures done here and Cindy is awesome.. She showed me the gel color changing polish and I AM hooked .. She does a great job always ..

New to Colorado and tried this place. Asked for coffin nails and got something close to them. Very rough and when filing the sides she cut the skin with the file. When going to check out she than tells me that it's $5 extra to have coffin style but wasn't told that when asked how much a full set was or even when asked to have coffin shaped nails. She was in a huge rush to fit 2 others in before closing time. Definitely not worth the quality or pain.

I only go there to get my toes painted and they do a really good job. The main thing with any salon is to not feel uncomfortable telling exactly what you want.I trim and file my own nails and I don't want them doing that. I also want 3 coats of polish. They push back a little on what I want but I stay firm and don't let them talk me out of it. That's ask it takes

The worst service I have ever had. The Shellac didn't stick and instead of apologizing the man was rude to me and was very painful trying to take off the polish. Then when I went to pay, they told me the special they had hanging outside was no longer valid and they hadn't had time to take down the sign. It was a horrible experience. In addition, it looked like they never cleaned.

I honestly can say this salon had the worst customer service ever! The man who answered the phone had a huge attitude with me. Thinking that he might have been having a bad day, I gave the salon a shot, but was extremely disappointed in the service I received. I don't recommend coming to this salon AT ALL if you value having a great quality of customer service!
