Buyer beware. I purchased a generator from this place 2 years ago and used it camping 3 weekends. The battery took a dump for the electric start. Jayden their repair guy stated over the phone that they would just warranty it out and I could pay the difference for another brand as this one is discontinued. Get to the store and the story completely changes. Just leave it here and we will try to fix it they say. Now they are charging me for the battery replacement $80 telling me the option to warranty it out and change to a different model that they haven’t discontinued is no longer an option and that I have no choice but to continue with a discontinued generator Murdochs doesn’t offer. So sorry you sent $1500 on a piece of equipment we don’t offer anymore that developed issues after 3 weekends of use. Very poor customer service in committing to a replacement with a non discontinued brand and then reversing as soon as I get there. This place will never see a red penny from myself or anyone I know ever again. I even went as far as to call their corporate number where the representative agreed that the commitment should have been met and that trying to fix a discontinued generator what’s not good. They want to fix it to push it past warranty (not sure what a warranty is if I’m being charged to fix it) so that I’m stuck with a discontinued $1500 purchase.

I was looking for a Stetson hat and found one I liked, they just didn't have my size in stock. Making a long story short, Meg in Clothing went well above the call of duty in helping me get the right size, including contacting Stetson directly. Customer service like that is a lost art these days, and with folks like Meg working in that store they deserve our business. This is a great store!

We love the convenience of having a great selection of feeds at our disposal as well as the selection of other hard to find merchandise all in one place. There are always friendly helpful employees ready to show you where to find what you're looking for also.

We drove from Colorado Springs to Parker to buy 5 black stars and 4 red stars (baby chickens) pullets. We believe it was by mistake but when we got home we opened the box and there were 4 black stars and 4 red stars. Granted it was only one missing but we drove all this way to get this specific amount. Now we have to drive all the way there again tomorrow to get the missing black star. This is the last chickens they have till January 2025 and we hope there's some left. We don't think this was done on purpose but gosh does it suck to have to drive 50 miles there and 50 miles back (100 miles) to get something we paid for. Other than that I love Murdoch's. One star missing for our missing chick.

Murdoch's always has what I need for my horses and a great selection of quality chew toys for my dogs. Today, I made a large purchase, and the staff was very helpful with the entire process. And I appreciate that the store manager is always available and knowledgeable. Plus, he's always walking the sales floor, making sure his customers are being looked after. Thank you, Murdoch's for creating a wonderful shopping experience!

Very clean location with friendly staff and stocked shelves and yard. Great local selection for both branching as well as small animal needs. Nice open parking lot with some shade.

The chicks are coming in!!! Don't touch, but their little fuzzy faces will make you smile. This isn't just a feed and seed, it's an experience. I love taking the kids in here and letting them discover things they've never thought of for farming and animals. Their clothing is high quality, well made and reasonably priced, if you catch them on sale, or clearance. From heavy duty work clothes, to pretty gauzy sun dresses perfect for a country wedding, kid's clothes...They have a little bit of everything for everyone in the family. They are one of my favorite places to find unique pieces for around the house. Picked up an adorable metal egg basket that I use in the kitchen for utensils, flour sack towels that I've used to line laundry hampers, unique hardware and even great, exceptionally well made cleaning supplies. Honestly, this is just a great place to take the dogs and kids to spend a fun family Saturday afternoon.
