Came in today for framing a cross stitch. Had not met Grae before. She was great! I had a specific idea of what I was trying not to do with colors and she was very helpful with color and style selections and gave her opinion and suggestions. It is really nice to be able to see the entire matting and framing around entire piece on the computer instead of having to decide just based on a corner. Also, Thanks for the 70 % off to try to keep it affordable.

Such a horrible experience nearly every time I go. It's more of a chore to go and when it comes to crafting, that's difficult to do. Today's experience wasn't much better. Ordered items that the website said they had, but they didn't. That's a matter or doing inventory properly. However, usually it says low stock. So to be that far off? But that's just the start.I received my email that said the order was ready. 15 minutes later I received an email saying half my order was cancelled. I would have been really angry if I had gone over there to find they only had half my order. I called to cancel the whole order, which you can't do without calling. The first girl I spoke to I could barely hear. She asks for all my information and says she'll get a manager, but then didn't give the manager the information. So, I had to start over, with her answering the phone, "Yeah?" I'm a bit taken back by this behavior and stutter out, "I was told you could help me." "Yeah?"Yep. Order cancelled and I will NEVER step foot in another Michael's again. I'm guessing a lot of other people feel the same way. It's always desolate. You could hear a cricket fart.

I love this store. The staff is very friendly, helpful and outgoing. They always ask what type of project you're working on and answer any questions I have. I also appreciate the diversity in the staff at this store. The store is clean and well organized. I stop here a few times a month and always have a good experience.

Looking for a place for arts and crafts or even a project for school to. On the islands we don't have a craft store so when I'm in the mainland, this is my go to stop. When I entered I was greeted almost immediately. There are plenty of signage around the shop depending on what your looking for. Kind of a bargain shopper myself so I usually buy stuff if I have a coupon or discount of some type. Some of the discounts I found around the store were crafts for kids and paint. Also a great selection of baking supplies. A few of the items were on clearance without stickers but I did see an employee marking the prices. He even offered to check a few of the prices for me. A few of the Do it yourself projects were on clearance lsuch as wedding supplies, masks, paint,birthday supplies. I went in looking for something specific and walked out with some really cute crafts for the kids and myself
