“I come here frequently for lab work. Their app and check in make it seamless every time. It’s a very busy location but if you go on off hours I don’t wait more than 10 minutes for a walk-in. Staff are definitely overworked (healthcare in general) but always very professional and kind.”

“The phlebotomist at this location today was remarkable! My mom needed a blood draw ordered by her doctor. The lovely lady was kind, caring, professional and efficient! My mom barely felt the needle and there was not bruising at the draw site. The only negative is that this location needs a new check-in kiosk.”
“Okay, so I don’t remember the young man’s name, but he was so kind at the front desk today! I popped I. Today for some blood work and he was multitasking like crazy and had such a good attitude when trying to get to everyone possible even when it got busy with patients (the place was so full). I appreciated him being so kind, since it hasn’t always been that way in the past.”

“Sarah/Sara is wonderful. I have been fortunate to have her draw my blood the last 3-4 times and it's always a pleasure. She is efficient and fun to visit with. I don't think she's ever had to stick me more that once and that's saying something. I've got tiny veins and if I'm not hydrated enough they are almost impossible to hit and not have roll around. Give that girl and award!”
