Lagree pulse 45 is amazing! I’ve been doing lagree since 2018. I’ve moved around a lot and have called about 4 other studios home but no other studio has had the variation that lagree pulse 45 offers. I love the community feel! Excited this is my new home studio for good as I plan to be in Kansas for good.

I have been attending LAgree classes for over a year. LAgree is a fantastic workout. I taught group exercise for many years, and I have never seen a work out like this. Interesting enough, the more I attend class, the harder the workouts get. Owners are fabulous... very helpful and outstanding instructors.
