It's hard to pay $50 for dinner when you get 1 piece of chicken in each chalupa, maybe 2 pieces in each quesadilla and literally no beef in your chrunchwrap.

Every Taco Bell closes by 9 due to no staff which I understand but still a bummer! Tried again on a Monday closed at 830.

Just go to The Taco Company a couple blocks away. They are cool and do not support mass murder like Taco Bell.

Props go out to this location's night crew. If it's late we only go to this location for said awesome night crew. You ask for extra anything on your taco they don't hesitate to pile on ridiculousness - much appreciated! It's a Taco Bell so it's not gonna be perfect, but all in all this is a nice location.

In the past year, this place was awful - the manager was rude, the wait through the drive through was really bad. Last few months I had to get on and give them a thumbs up - I come here frequently and I noticed a new crew. A young girl and young man are helpful, they sound cheerful when taking your order, granted the line sometimes is a little slow, but they are short staffed and they are working hard. When you get to the window, they are very friendly and customer service oriented. Kudos to whomever hired this group. The order has not been wrong for months!

DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER ON THE APP! I have NEVER gotten my order correct. I keep going back every few weeks since it is the closest TB to my house but I will never go back. Today, an item was forgotten. Mind you, the lobby is locked. So I have to get back in the drive thru. They offer nothing for your trouble of having to come back. It's clear it is management that treats employees poorly. They are already understaffed, paid pennies, working during a pandemic and despite showing up with all that on their shoulders they have to deal with poor, abusive management. These front line employees deserve better. Do better Taco Bell. If you're an employee reading this. Quit now. There are better opportunities out there besides this poorly ran establishment.

Went there tonight to get dinner and ordered a bean burrito they then said they were out of beans so couldn't get that and that's fine, Then ordered a nacho Belgrade meal and and crunch wrap both with extra nacho cheese ( that's an extra charge) we waited in line for 18 mins... finally get to the window and got our food and I checked it to make sure it was done right and they had put different meats on both my items I ordered when I asked what it was they said on we are out of beef also so we just put some stake and such on it.. it smelt and looked nasty. They didn't tell me they were out of beef just beans so I asked to just get a refund and they gave me an attitude after I asked if they out that same meat on the rest of my food and said "well yeah probably"... come on y'all are Taco Bell and to be out of all this and not tell the customer only after they had bought everything is not right

We sat in line for over 25 minutes. It was very much not worth it. The staff were over worked and the poor man running the window was drowning by himself.

This Taco Bell was Ans still is the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever had gone to. From the owner all the way down they tell you they care but it is only talk. Their workers and line supervisor seem not to know the difference between hamburger meat and beans. When I order a bean and cheese burrito and get meat and cheese burrito or when I order a burrito supreme and get a empty wrap WTH. I talked with the manager several times and of course they were apologetic and gave me a free meal. The second time I talked to the owner and told me that it was unsatisfactory and next time they would give me a free meal. WTH I don't think a free meal is the right thing to do I believe that they have one job to provide a meal that you requested to be made correctly that's it. No need to apologize or give a free meal just do your job. It that really to much to ask for. I believe this Mexican restaurant it is. So I say don't eat here or waste your hard earned money. Eat somewhere that they have pride in making food that you requested and paid for. To me that's simple.

This location is as aweful as its counterpart. No consistency. Most times they seem to run out of the most trivial things. On one occasion it was chips. Another time it was beef. Other times its been we are out of thawed flat breads. What I fail to understand is after the dropping of long john silvers at this location,You would imagine there is less menu items and more room for the ingredients and yet this some how isn't the case. The workers most nights seem to try, and when they do its forgivable to wait 5-10 minutes for food. However the nights with the less attentive employees its not unusual to see the line out to the street and simple $1Menu items take 5 minutes to make per item. While you can hear employees horsing around in the back. If you can make it to any other taco bell outside of this area you will find easily better quality and service.

I frequent this location during the lunch and dinner hour. The staff is always very kind and attentive. I always leave this Taco Bell satisfied with my correct order. I also appreciate the extra steps they are taking to ensure a mostly contact free drive thru experience. Thanks for the hard work!

If I could give a negative star I would. Half my order wasn't in the bag and the picture below is what was upside down in the bag. They don't care about anything and are very rude. 2\28\21 11:45 pm. Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service.

Literally never get our order right. Every time we go through the drive thru we either get someone else's order or missing items were left out of ours. Ridiculous

Every time they forget part of my order or it's completely messed up. Never again at this location. We order bean and rice burritos no cheese since we can't have it.. and every time cheese inside.
