Hi,
Does anyone know if the Loaf and Jug on Woodman way is closed indefinitely? I have tried calling them and my calls won't go through. This store is the one where I always go to wash my car. The car wash's front and back doors are open, but the machine for the car wash where you pay says that the wash is closed.

The balding creepy looking guy who works at the register has a horrible attitude, and is rude. Definitely could use some customer service training.

We bought a car wash here which did a really poor job. Went inside and the clerk gave us our money back and called for someone to come out to service the car wash.

I purchased a car wash on 1/15. When i went to use the wash I was told it was out of order but the repair company should have it working “shortly”. I went back multiple times over the next three weeks and each time it was out of order. I finally went inside and asked for a refund but was told there were no refunds on car washes. After a lengthy discussion the attendant referred me to the phone number at the bottom of my receipt, which I called. The number went to voice mail. I left a message, no call back. Certainly don’t recommend a company that charges for a service they can’t provide and then refuse a refund!

I was discriminated and denied service because of my mexican passport this happened 8/22 between 4:30-5:30 . Im a construction worker to the many projects around the area and i presented my mexican passport to buy a case of beers and the male clerck accepted it and starting examining it. He than tried to go through my stamped pages, which i had advised if he did so i would be very upset (as he has no right to go through my passport stamps as he is not a government official) he than returned my passport and told me specifically that he did not accept Mexican passports. I than tried to present my Colorado i.d using My Colorado app he than denied it because "it was store policy". I found this odd as i have used both of these i.d methods with previous clercks. So i left the store and headed to the loaf and jug located on 470 and jordan and had explained the situation. They gladly accepted my passport and My Colorado App i.d with no hesitation. I would gladly love to speak to a manager or a corporate representative for the way i was treated, i will also advise all of my fellow coworkers of the situation and the embarrassment and humiliation i suffered because of your ill trained clerks. What happened to America where all men are created equal?

Pretty sure the gas station attendant was just outside lollygagging with someone in their vehicle. didn’t seem to care that I was standing there at the register trying to purchase items. Waited for 5 minutes and nobody came to ring me up. really weird that there was nobody in the gas station working. Things seemed off.
