I’ve been a member with LT for a few years at this point, I truly loved it but I feel like management is letting the building go a little bit. Clogged drains in the restroom that smell, pretty badly. Super cheap/thin toilet paper… 1/2 ply toilet paper in a luxury gym restroom is crazy work. Last time I visited the sauna there was blood & razor head caps on the floor. I just feel as though the price point doesn’t match these conditions and I’m considering cancelling my membership. Very unfortunate as I used to love this facility.

Poor management/staff, lack of desired training space (turf), far too expensive for what you get. See my gripes below.
The gentleman that gave me a tour when I first visited was very helpful and showed me around all the facilities I wanted to see, including the training room with turf flooring next to the basketball court. This, along with having lots of squat racks/deadlift platforms, was one of the main must-haves on my list when I was searching for a gym. I thought this gym met my needs so I signed up!
However, a few days ago I was approached by one of the female staff members in the turf area training room and told that I could not be in there by myself due to "safety" concerns. She also mentioned that the room was reserved for individualized training sessions with a trainer and that I was also not allowed in there for that reason. (I have only seen a trainer using that room one time in the 5 months I have been here). I was not told during my initial tour that the room was reserved or that I could not be in there by myself, nor is there any signage indicating so. This room is the only decent area to do any sort of medball/plyometric exercises, as the upstairs area is far too crowded and there are no walls to throw medballs against. Additionally, the majority of squat racks/deadlift platforms are always being used for a class during prime time gym hours (~4-6pm weekdays), which makes zero sense. As a result, there are usually only 5 non-reserved squats racks available during these hours. Management would be wise to move the classes to later in the evening so that the majority of their members, those who don't participate in classes and like to get their workouts completed at a decent hour, can do so.
As other reviews, and the female staff member I spoke to, suggest, there used to be a much larger turf area that was open for use downstairs. However, it seems the addition of another pickleball court was deemed a higher priority (by who? I don't know) and the turf has since been removed/covered...
Even with all the other amenities, this place is definitely not worth the $160-180+/mo. I would have expected a much more accommodating experience with that sort of price tag. I will be canceling my membership as soon as I find another gym that meets my needs.

Great location. Great amenities. Not so great management. For the price of this club membership I would expect the employees to be older and more professional. With that said, the younger female employees they have hired seem to be favorited and dress very provocative. Wearing 2-piece thong sets at the beach club, booty shorts/spanx splitting them in half, and the woman at the front desk wears see through black slacks that don’t fit her and never has an undershirt on so her stomach and love handles are on display as soon as you walk in and she’s always bending over the counters. I rarely see them working as well. Constantly having “friendly” conversations at the front desk with whatever gym bro is thirsty for them. The men are always fully clothed, wearing joggers and t shirts, I always see the same guy working his ass off while his coworkers do bare minimum. This feels more like planet fitness than a country club. There should be a designated uniform for all LT employees. Lifeguards should be wearing a solid one piece and management should consider this club as family oriented but they’re so focused on being politically correct that they don’t even allow opposite gender CHILDREN into the restrooms when they’re located right next to the daycare. Instead you have to walk to the front and use the “family restroom” where, I guess, Karen won’t sexualize your child. All people want is a comfortable, clean facility with amenities for all. Not a club that targets the “dating scene” of people in their twenties or accommodates the “boomers” and their backwards thinking.

Such a cool workout facility . They have so many amenities and activities . You could literally spend a whole day here… just like I did. The staff is very friendly and helpful . It was very clean and smelled really good every where. They gave 9 indoor permanent pickleball courts. They have a rock climbing wall, sauna Jacuzzi, workout area, group fitness classes, swimming pool, slides, massage chairs, basketball courts, plus so much more!…. They literally have everything you could want.

I was planning on becoming a member so I went as a guest to check it out and I must admit I was impressed by the gym itself but the problem was with the staff at the front desk. A woman named Cassandra was extremely rude and seemed to be in a terrible mood. Then she started blaming her rude behavior on corporate. So I thought about signing up at a different location but now I am not sure. I've never been treated so poorly before and then her comments made the entire enterprise look bad.

After trying several gyms and Rec-centers in Colorado for 10 years, I signed up for LT Fitness last week and I must say, it is pricy comparing to the other fitness centers I've been, but I must confess that it is really something else at a higher class.

I'm from Texas and we're currently on vacation in Colorado. My membership is only good for 3 clubs back home. Called the front desk to ask if I could have a few day passes as I didn't want to pay the fees and extra cost to upgrade my membership. Cassandra and Emily were very friendly and welcomed me with open arms for the week! It's apparent they have good leadership. From a branding standpoint, there are several similarities with the clubs in Texas, I felt at home. Thank you!

Had an absolutely fantastic two hour massage with Chantelle! It was the right amount of relaxation and fun on my trip to Colorado. The atmosphere of the gym was clean, friendly, and inviting each time I went.
They remembered my name and always greeted me with a smile.
Life Time Work spaces were a nice addition so I could do some work while I was away.
Will definitely be back! Chantelle is like an old friend now and can’t wait to book with her again in the future.

If I could give no stars I will! The customer services are so poor! We are paying our membership, we don’t deserve betrayed like we own them something!
Last week, I took my kids to Parker Lifetime to work out on the second floor. We checked multiple times to ensure that kids with parents supervising them would be fine. A lady who introduced herself as the nighttime manager, named "Jen," approached us and very rudely kicked us out of the second floor while we were trying to explain our situation to her. She was absolutely unbelievable. When we went to the swimming pool, it was also closed to anyone under 12, even with a parent present. They wouldn't allow anyone under that age to go in the water.
I will definitely not recommend you to join this club after I’ve been here eight years ! Definitely not Kids friendly like other locate life time!

I am very glad to have read the reviews here. I find many of the reviews disturbing, especially about the poor client treatment and members continuing to be billed after cancelling. The fact that management has responded to only one or two reviews tells me these reviewers are right - poor management. I will be happy to delete this post if anyone from this facility ever replies. Until then, a lack of response will confirm that this place is like every other run-of-the-mill half-broken, poorly-operated facility.

PARENTS PLEASE READ (Inside Scoop)
The entire gym faculty is engaged in a high school style popularity contest. The value of knowing your child was taken care of while you worked out has been rooted from existence by poor management, terrible oversight and adolescent games. Both Colorado State & Douglas County statutes which outline requirements for keeping children safe in an institution responsible for it, have for more than two years gone ignored.
If you value your child’s safety you’ll find other arrangements for their care during your workout. If you value quality treatment of your child and those employees responsible for watching over your children, find care elsewhere. You’ll soon witness a mass exodus from this Lifetime specifically for those reasons mentioned above and myriad of others that would take too long to write.

Front desk are usually on their phone or talking to their friends as they ignore and wave the scanner around aimlessly attempting to scan your phone as their conversation takes precedence. Mark in particular is very aggressive and lacks the customer care needed to be at the front desk or face to face with members. Maybe it was too early in the morning for him but no need to take it out on members. His demeanor and way of addressing member concerns is extremely combative and dismissive. He should undergo additional or supplemental training. Lifetime used to be worth the money now it’s just mediocre with mediocre unprofessional staff. They have a bunch of lazy attendants that don’t keep anything clean, locker rooms and showers are atrocious. Hopefully they bring Equinox to the Denver area soon. Lifetime has fallen off, and their untrained unprofessional staff is to thank.
