Visited this location to get my car inspected for Lyft, Lyft app shows this location of Les Schwab should charge $20 but they charged me $39 and also said my front brakes need to be replaced and gave me a quote of $500 plus. Lol. And failed the inspection.

Definitely avoid this place. Took my car there for a routine oil change. Not only was it ridiculously expensive ($130!) but two weeks later, my car started to leak oil. I took the car to the place I usually go and they said whomever did the oil change put the oil filter in upside down and didn’t secure the gasket. Unreal.

Awful...Just awful. 3 and a half hours watching the guy put studs in tires. That's almost an hour per tire. Never ever again will I use any Les Schwab.

The Parker store has always done a great job for us. Went in on Christmas Eve for an inspection on a low tire late in the afternoon and they got me right in and sent us home free of bells and whistles!

I would advise to check the torque on your wheel lugs if you have visited this shop. What happened to this place? Had been to LS in the past with good service however this last time, is the last time. I just finished replacing my wheel and tires (x 4) in my garage. This was after getting a new set at less Schwab one month ago. A total of 13 wheel lugs (out of 20) were finger tight! No wrench required to remove the nuts! This is dangerous.

Rude, inconsiderate, lying, dishonest and deceitful employees. My business and all my business vehicles will no longer be serviced by Les Schwab.Last time I went in was told both tire pressure monitor sensors on rear tires needed replaced for a few hundred dollars. Found out only one needed to be replaced when my mechanic looked and was offered replacement at a fraction of the cost they insisted even for one.I got metal shrapnel in the tire and took it in today and was told it’s not covered under the road hazard warranty I paid for. I was told by William (like the other 1 star reviewer) that it wouldn’t be covered because I had not rotated my tires every 5-10k miles. When I pulled up the terms and conditions, it has no mention of this. I told them I was under the impression that if my tread depth was below 2/32 or there was abnormal/uneven wear it wouldn’t be covered, and he said he would check the tread depth. He said it came back at 4/32 and said there was no uneven wear. William then said I had to replace two tires and one at a time is not optional because it would create uneven wear. If I am unable to afford two tires and don’t mind switching out the rest shortly after so it doesn’t wear unevenly, why can’t I change one? I’ve done at at multiple other tire shops. He insisted they couldn’t do it. I took my car to another shop and they said my tread depth measured 6/32. They claimed they filled my tires to 35psi all around before I left. I checked my tire pressure before I went in and all my tires were at 30psi. When I checked after leaving, my driver side tires were still at 30psi, but my passenger side where the damaged tires were, were set at 37psi. The manager insisted the air machine may need to be recalibrated and that dishonesty was not a factor, and that inflating the tire wouldn’t create quicker potential damage. When I asked another tire shop they said that air machines will never overinflate, and that a discrepancy of 7psi seems highly abnormal and unlikely. The damaged tire had not even lost air so it didn’t need any. After checking again the tear where the metal went in increased in size which they insisted could not happen by inflating the tire. Then they insisted it was past the mileage warranty. Turns out the road hazard warranty only replaces or repairs damaged tires free of cost for the first 25% of the mileage warranty.

Hands down worst tire center in Parker. Employees are rude, arrogant, and inconsiderate. We had 1 1/2 year old tires with less than 25,000 on them and picked up an object in a tire that gave us a flat. Went in for repair or tire replacement and they told us we had to buy all new 4 tires. The tread on the other 3 were all in great condition. When he tried to convince my wife this was the only option I had to come in to talk to him. When I asked why he told because we failed to rotate our tires. I told him I’m pretty sure we had it done once when it was serviced at Christian Brothers before we took a long road trip. His response, “prove it” “show me your receipts where it’s listed that that was the work completed” Excuse me!?? I’m the customer. All I said was “I’m pretty sure we had it done once or twice before”. Why are you challenging me?Sadly, we didn’t have other options, we were in a bind and having to deal with some unfortunate and unexpected circumstances. Beyond that my wife had to take the kids to school and I needed our other car for work so we paid for 4 brand new tires. Not even the ones we wanted by the way as we asked for Good Year Wranglers but were told we couldn’t have them. We will never come back to this place again and I seriously hope the gentleman who thought he helped us finds himself a serious attitude check. It’s obviously a direct reflection of management and ownership of this location. STAY AWAY!!!

Unprofessional, fraudulent, and dangerous! We have been extremely long time loyal customers of Les Schwab but this last visit might just be our personal and companies last. First off they were confused and even a bit dismayed by the fact that we had an appointment. They said "we are very busy but will try and get you in". We left the vehicle there for them and said no rush. They ignored the written and verbal requests for what needed to be done on the vehicle. They did work on the vehicle with out asking or confirming said work to be completed. After several hours we got a call saying "your car is finished, you can come pick it up". I responded with "what about the inspection? What about the requested diagnostics and work?" they said "everything is fine". I asked to speak to the tech that worked on the vehicle. He stated that "oh we were so busy we didn't actually do the inspection, but I will send it back in to get looked at, so just void everything we already told you". We waited for a while longer. They called back and stated that yes actually it needs several repairs, but that they needed to order the parts. I told them that this is extremely unprofessional and down right dangerous from a safety standard. We have trusted Les Schwab with many of our vehicles and more importantly our families safety and both were ignored and spat upon. Piss poor experience all around. We will be canceling our corporate account and taking our business elsewhere. Charlie and Garret were the individuals that we interacted with. If you guys want to attempt to make this right my customer ID in your system is A05841131

There will be only one place I trust my family to buy their tires. Les Schwab has the best pricing, best service and always always provided uncompromising people who do what they say and say what they do! I have also gotten oil changes and frequently trusted them for new batteries and other services.

Sitting here in the showroom waiting for my winter tire switch over. Had an “appointment “ at 10am and it’s now 12:30. Told it would be one hour. People here are polite and the facility is clean and organized. Just now leaving and discovered all the tires were low. They adjusted when I went back to complain. Long time customer of Les Schwab but I’m moving on now.

We have been using this left to have here 3 sets of tires on two different vehicles I've been trying to get this car in here to have a nails fixed and it's always an hour to hours 3 hours who's got that kind of time to sit here. Then they're like oh well. You can leave the car. So you want me to leave my car here for flat all day long? Looks like set number 4 of tires will be someplace. We were gonna get in 2 weeks.

I use Les Schwab for all our tires, and they are always fair and friendly. I always have my tires filled with air when the temperature drops, too, and they are so nice!

Been using them since they opened. Best spot for the service and management was the best. Techs were very knowledgeable and took care of all my cars. Then Bryce (the original manager) left and the atmosphere just changed in the worst way. Bryce really knew how to run a good shop and with great people under him. This new manager is far below what this shop is use to and it will show in quality and retainment of the current staff. We lost a good guy and reputable shop. If the few good techs (Aline, Sam & Kristian) find a new location I'm there along with the people I refer.
