Either bad management or they just don't care. They only had two registers open and it took 25 minutes for me to finally check out. Especially six days before Christmas, figure it out. Worst kohls I've been too.

First time going to this location. Needed to pick up online order. I have trouble walking so wanted to park close to the door I needed, and I did not know where to go. From the parking lot, I called the store. All the operator kept saying was "in the back next to Amazon returns". I asked where that was. Reply "in the back". You get the picture, this could go on and on. So, I just hung up and took my chances. Found Amazon return desk so got in the long line. An employee came by and I asked if I was in the correct place. Turns out NO I wasn't in the correct place. The pick up is a group of shelving with numbered bins. Your email has the bin number. What? I don't understand this system. What's to keep anyone from picking up my already-paid-for item? Never again !

3 times my daughter scheduled an interview with the Parker Kohls and all 3 time the manager failed to show up.

The most unprofessional joke of an interview/hiring process I've ever seen. Wasted an hour of my day by not showing up to the interview they requested and sent numerous email reminders about. I spoke to a random lady (Linda) who was completely unprepared to conduct even an impromptu interview but downplayed the disrespect...like my time and effort didn't matter at all. Her lah-dee- dah attitude was rude and she also changed the pay structure by $5/hour less than their own job posting on Indeed and their own website shows for that specific location and laughed like I was nuts .....and then wanted me to send them proof to which she replied "she'll look into it" 👋 DONT. I'm done with overpriced, underwhelming Kohls and see now I totally dodged a bullet. Tell Michelle she doesn't need to call me back.
