Nice store, excellent people, the worst shopping carts ever. Do you remember that show on MTV where Johnny Knoxville and his friends would do all the crazy stunts with shopping carts? Some how this King Soopers purchased all the carts used in those stunts; Some are cockeyed and twisted, most have at least one wheel that doesn't spin, many have wheels that are lumpy, bumpy, and falling apart, all squeak like crazy. I haven't found another retail location with carts in poorer condition than Stonegate King Soopers.

I've shopped here for over 20 years. The only problem I ever have, is that at times the products that are on sale they don't have. I'm pretty well known through out the stores departments and their customer service is always great no matter how busy the store is!! It's always a very clean store as well

This soopers is so out of stock every time I go there that I don’t even bother to stop anymore. The one on Cottonwood has rarely ever been out. I went to the Lincoln for the last time today when they were out of 16 of the 22 items I went there for. Items like bread, cookie dough, soda, cough drops. This place is like a bare shelf factory.

Well stocked. Fresh food and vegetables. However the self checkout is always a problem. Scanning can be a problem and even though only paper bags are available the sensors freak out when we use our own bags and the system thinks that you haven't scanned an item and then shuts down requiring an employee to come over and verify that you're not scamming the store. Happens at every King Super.

Very nice king Soopers! Probably one of the nicest. I live in the mountains and was in Parker for a night to avoid the incoming storm. The store is very clean and bright. It looks brand new, but I read other reviews saying that it's 20+ years old. Amazing produce. I am seriously jealous of you city folk. ?

Still our go to King Soopers. Clean, items in stock, good produce, butcher counter is good, and deli has a good selection of Boars Head.

The pharmacy is the worst I have been to. They take forever to refill prescriptions. I asked for one on Wednesday morning and by Friday morning, it still wasn't ready.Also, the youngsters like to go on power trips when you try to buy alcohol. Make sure everyone in your group has an ID

For quite sometime, the produce section is poorly stocked and supplied. Either poor in quality or produce gone bad!

Mike in the seafood department went out of his way to provide excellent customer service even though the meat department was closed, everything put away, and he was busy cleaning. Typically employees behind the counter stare at you while you wait when there isn’t even anyone ahead of you, and rarely greet you or tell you they’ll be with you soon. I’ve even been told by management they won’t make exceptions before or after hours even if it’s a few minutes early. I wish customer service was as much of a priority as it is to Mike. That’s what keeps customers happy and coming back.
