The pharmacy is the reason that I came to this King Soopers and switched from Walgreens who was horrible. Then King Soopers hired the entire Walgreens staff. Now it is the same problems that Walgreens had. Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be, incredibly rude staff, rolling eyes at their customers, and making inappropriate catty comments about their customers the second they walk away. Time to find a new pharmacy AND grocery store

The service was awful by a pharmacist customer service representative named Chelsea. Very very rude person She works like she has a chip on her shoulder.

I've been shopping at this KS location for years. In that time I've seen the aisles become more and more narrow, while several obstacles have been placed in each aisle contributing to the frustration. I can't take a normal sized carry down an aisle without needing to stop and/or move over for other shoppers. On top of that, Kings has started placing more stupid items on the glass doors in the freezer section, which makes it difficult to see what is in the freezer. I'm going to stop shopping at Kings of I can find a more customer friendly grocer.

Good stock and stuff it's just people working there seems like they overall just didn't want to be there. My bags were also bagged horribly.

I am extremely shocked by the low ratings. This location has. I've had nothing but great interactions with employees. I typically use the pick up and their staff is always friendly and quick in my opinion. I actually drive by two other King Soopers, and this one's a little further out of my way, but I prefer it because of how great they have always been!

Was in line at 12:59 PM to pick up my prescriptions and was told by a female worker there who was hugging that gate for dear life to get it closed that I would have to come back at 1:30 because they were closing for lunch. This is absolutely absurd. Figure out how to manage your business so that you can stay open during normal operating hours. Lunchtime is when many people can finally make it to get their prescriptions. this girl that was hugging, the gate could clearly afford to miss a meal anyways. Due to this, I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

Had to deal with a receptionist named Odyssey. She acted like I was bothering her. Didn't want to be bothered to look up the info for my doctor (which they had on file). While I was waiting, the lady next to me was complaining because they had told her it would be 2 hours, and when she came back, she was told it would be another hour because they were busy.Just as easy to go somewhere else.

Great staff, but, simple processes are noticeable slow.

Buyer beware. When you refill a prescription the automated system will tell you a time it will be ready. RARELY when I go in, even hours after the prescribed time, is my prescription ready. Lately they just say they are understaffed then treat you rudely. Going to start changing all my prescriptions to CVS across the street. Done with King Soopers?♂️

I went into King Sooper's Pharmacy to switch all of my prescriptions over and to fill a valid prescription I have for pain medication. You see, my hip implants cannot be replaced or revised because the bone has completely worn away between the implants and my pelvis. That doesn't stop my implants from causing me tons of pain. We (my doctor and I) are trying to get me to a stable place where I can leave the house more than once a week. She snidely lectured me about my safety and the pain prescription I had given her and suggested I do something else for the pain because she wouldn't be filling my prescription. I personally believe that conversation is between me and my pain management doctor, who wrote the book on the tongue dissolvable Fentanyl. But thanks for the very loud lecture that left no confusion in any other customer's mind about what we were discussing. I hope you stick to things you know, like Ibuprofen, and leave the severe, unrelenting pain to specialists like my doctor. They know more about it than you do. Thanks.

The person (big lady with grey hair) at the door is absolutely horrible. I have issues with my legs so I can't walk for extended periods of time but of course no one thinks that when they look at a younger woman. I ride in the carts because it tends to be easier and not one store commented on it. Walmart even offered me a electric cart because they were worried. She talked to me condescendingly and honestly it's disgusting that she would talk to another person like that. I had to walk around the store almost falling over with the support of my boyfriend while she just talked to another lady about the "annoying" stunt I pulled. Not to mention they had electric carts just sitting there at full charge. I hope she gets reprimanded as this is extremely unprofessional.

Horrible service. Pharmacy hung up on my doctors office since they happened to call during their “lunch break”. Very unprofessional. Never again will I use this pharmacy. My doctors office was shocked as well. The nurse told me in her 35 years she has never had a pharmacy act like that. Would give negative stars if it were possible.

manager is always a b***** i'm in my 20s and mid covid went to get toilet paper as i'm human and need toilet paper and she ID me and refused to sell me toilet paper as "there was no reason for me needing this and all i was gonna do with it was tp houses", follows me around the store whenever she sees me as if i'm stealing, tells her workers to check my receipts before i leave as if i have stolen from them everytime she sees me which i never have. she obviously has a problem with young people as multiple people i have talked to my age have said similar things about her. she needs a briefing, reality check, or something. all i am trying to do is go get my groceries which should not be a negative experience but somehow every time i go to get my groceries and she's there she somehow turns my experience negative. it has gotten to the point where i will be going to a different king soopers if it persists.

I am sad to say that this location gave me very poor service. I came in here to grab a hot lunch but when I arrived at the deli, the hot foods section was closed. When I asked an employee if the section would be opening soon I was given a very rude answer about them being understaffed and they don't serve hot foods any more until they can hire more people. I can understand being understaffed but treating customers badly because of it is unacceptable.

I echo what many others have stated. Service is terrible in the pharmacy! While the employees in the pharmacy are certainly pleasant when you visit the store, the overall operation is poorly run and you won't find good service at this location. They loose prescriptions when called in. They don't have prescriptions filled when stated. The Phone IVR system is broken and automatically hangs up on callers after being placed on hold for 20-30 minutes Call back, same thing happens. Very frustrating. Since they don't seem to care much about good service, I would suggest you find another place to do your pharmacy business and save yourself the angst of dealing with them.
