Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Very quick service, was always able to pick up my prescription in 5 minutes or less on a lunch break and was consistently able to get in contact with a pharmacist over the phone in a matter of minutes.
Wish the pharmacies in downtown Denver had the same quality of service, was only able to enjoy this location’s service for a few months before moving out of Parker.

I want to send out a big thank you to Mckenzie in the pharmacy for being so polite and taking the time to answer my questions. I have had horrible experience the last 3 times. I did make sure to call and speak with the manager and ask the manager to please inform Mckenzie that I did reach out to give my positive feed back!

Made no effort to fill a prescription that I desperately needed. Claimed they were out of what I needed but made no effort to get it from another King Soopers.

This is the best pharmacies in Parker. I always get greeted by Benn, and Mackenzie. Valdy and Edan always go above and beyond to answer any questions that I have and help me get things transfered when needed. All the staff here is so helpful and addresses your concerns as well as sign you up for auto refill to save you time.

Best pharmacy in Parker. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is never a long wait time. They do everything they can to get your meds to you on time.

Everytime I call to have my prescription refilled everyone who picks up the phone has an attitude, is rude, and interrupts. When I pick up my meds in person, they're all rude and have an attitude. I always begin with a polite composure and give them the benefit of the doubt but Jesus if you don't like your job quit I do nothing to deserve to be treated so disrespectfuly every. Time.

This is the best pharmacy team in the area. The pharmacists go out of their way to assist when you need it. The counter techs are efficient and manage the customers effectively. Yes I have to walk in to the store rather than wait in my car. But (1) I guarantee it will be faster and (2) at least half the time the “other” pharmacy doesn’t fill the prescription and I had to wait twice! Better service, less time, nicer people, no stress. No reason to choose differently.

This used to be one of the best pharmacies. I paid for a gold good rx card to fill one of my prescriptions here for the past 6 months at least. Picked up my newest refil, with no comment or warning the pharmast charged me full price. They no longer accept Good Rx but was unwilling to let me know so I could use my other insurance.

Haven't been to this location before but it was on the way so we stopped to pick up a couple of ingredients for dinner. The store is large and clean. Because every location has a slightly different layout I had to consult the directory for certain items. But it was nice to shop with fully stocked shelves. At least they had all the items I needed and the shelves I walked by seemed full. We could have stood in line for check out since they weren't busy but he prefers not to engage in conversation with the cashiers so we went with self checkout. The one we picked had a conveyor belt - like the ones in neighborhood Walmarts. I've not seen them in King Soopers before so it was interesting. However, the sensors need you to place the scanned item onto the conveyor belt or it will not let you scan your next item. Had I known this I would have waited until the previous customer had completed bagging their groceries. Because he picked up the first item I scanned so it wouldn't be mixed in with her purchase and the checkout register wouldn't let me continue scanning items. We finally finished checking out after that learning experience. No issues but didn't need to ask for assistance so can't attest to customer service levels here.

They don't have enough help. I would like to go in actually shop and have somebody sack my own groceries and check me out! I'm paying these high prices plus I have to scan my own groceries in half the time the machine is telling me I didn't bag anything, just very ridiculous know Customer Service like Kingsoopers used to be. I just went in there yesterday December 23 just to get a baguette, they had no bread whatsoever. I'm just gonna start going to the cottonwood store even though it's further away. Or maybe I'll just start going to Walmart at least the prices are much cheaper. But I get it no one wants to work these days I really don't know why, or what is up with that?! Nothing wrong with the staff they are always very friendly, but one of the employees there is an older man that doesn't seem to wear his mask. And one day I was in there he was coming to the self check out to help me and he was not wearing a mask and he coughed right at me! I was just appalled at this and didn't know what to say.

Only 3 out of 8 actual check out lines opens with no baggers. But all self check out lines open. No manager insight with no one at customer service.
