I was not able to use all of my points for gas discounts. Kings used to let you use up the previous month first and combine the current month if needed. I guess they stopped doing this since we moved out of state. I had to choose between 30 cents on last month's points or 50 cents for this month's . I used to be able to then get the full 80 cents, but not anymore. I lost the 30 cents per gallon (21) . Big chuckles of $ lost.

I came at 9:45 to put fuel in my car, I wanted to buy something at the small store at the fuel center and the salesperson told me that it was already closed, however, she was there for the next 15 minutes just checking her phone.

Not sure if it’s just the station or what, but my King Soopers points aren’t showing up anymore and nobody seems to be able to assist on the fly. Typically a good gas station except when cars are flinging themselves out of the grocery store.

The pharmacy is the reason that I came to this King Soopers and switched from Walgreens who was horrible. Then King Soopers hired the entire Walgreens staff. Now it is the same problems that Walgreens had. Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be, incredibly rude staff, rolling eyes at their customers, and making inappropriate catty comments about their customers the second they walk away. Time to find a new pharmacy AND grocery store
