I don’t post often on various sites, but the agents at the Joe Bussey State Farm office in Parker, CO are FANTASTIC! I spoke mostly to Beth Popson as we were looking at my insurance options and she helped me every step of the way. She is a professional through and through and kept it light hearted at times which I appreciate during decisions like these. Thank you, Beth!

Danny Cooper with Joe Bussey State Farm is an exception agent. He answered all my questions even though I asked them several times over and over again. I would recommend Danny to give you a fair quote for both a Home and Auto bundle.

Nice staff, but State Farm has raised our premium by $40 in the first 3 months of our policy with them. The staff at Bussey’s office cannot give us a clear answer why, only that it is apparently our fault for not signing a discount form, and they’re changing our policy payment date on us causing late fees.
It’s disheartening when an agent can’t support their client by finding a resolution, but rather I was told that billing was permanently raising our rate, at no fault of my own.

I highly recommend working with Beth Popson over at Joe Bussey State Farm. She has gone above and beyond any other insurance agent I’ve worked with in the past. You just don’t see that level of personalized service anymore. She’ll have my business going forward

Lindsey made it so easy to get insurance for my home and car. Her pleasant and helpful attitude made it a pleasure to do business with this office. Communication was great, and no pushy sales tactics. I saved money switching my policy there as well.

Completely misquoted estimate on auto. For some unknown reason they made incorrect assumptions coming back with a price that was significantly higher from original quote. Have no idea why adding a driver, that i originally told them about and not a car, increased the insurance premium from the estimate on two other cars that the added driver doesn't drive. My wife and my credit scores are in mid 700's so that couldn't have been the issue for the increase cost for our vehicles
This did not happen when receiving quotes from Progressive or Allstate.
Agents only response was that "companies look at things differently".

Best insurance experience ever. Beth saved me a bunch of money. She took the time to ask the right questions about my house and figured out ways to get the price down which no other broker or agency even cared to ask couldn’t be happier with their service.

I went to school with Joe and thought I would try to help a fellow school made out. I had a hail claim from 2023 which the claims department was being very difficult about getting paid. I reached out to Joe to see if he could go to bat resolving my claim but it seems I'm being ignored by his office as well. I would hope that your advocate and your agent would go to bat for you and try to involve people that could help resolve your claim but it doesn't appear that happens at Joe's office.
