Horrible customer service. Closed early. Passed by Hertz employees who actively ignored me and were very curt. I don't think they could show anymore disregard for a customer if they tried. I couldn't rent a car despite being in time. Presidents circle - didn't make a difference. Do not recommend this location. Contemplating canceling my hertz affiliation over this.

Be careful here. They will add extra charges and not tell you about them. The branch manager will then totally ignore you when you try to get some resolution.Luckily their customer service team will help if you escalate the issue.

I booked a rental with these guys so that I could take a cross country trip to the PNW without putting the miles on my own personal vehicle; additionally I loved the unlimited mileage perk as part of my rental fees. With the miles I drove it would have added a few hundred in costs at other companies. Both Hertz staff members I got to interact with were lovely and made the process really smooth. I'm in my early 20s, but they had no problem renting to me for an additional fee per day. The car I originally booked wasn't available so I received a free upgrade. The '23 Gladiator rented out to me was very clean inside and out and had good tires and low mileage. After hours key drop was easy enough to figure out. I can't remember his name but I got a call the next business day following up with me to make sure things went well with my rental. All in all great experience and I didn't have to go all the way out to the airport for a rental car. Was a pleasure to rent from Hertz Parker, and if I need a car again in the future I'll get in touch!

Do not rent here with a Debit card. They will just end up overcharging you. They have charged $208 to my Debit card without my authorization. It is a holiday weekend and now I don’t get refunded until Tuesday. This situation could have been solved on last Tuesday, had they listened to me when I told them something with their system was glitching. They didn’t escalate the issue to corporate like I asked. So I had to do that myself. Now I’m without a car for an entire week and I can’t effectively get to work. Incompetence seems to be the theme in the negative reviews here. It fits in circumstances where they have to actually go a little bit out of their way to solve an issue. Especially when it’s a company blunder. Not my own. I won’t be renting here again unless they compensate me for the money and week lost. Not only that I had to dispute those charges with my bank and I now won’t have a physical card until theend of the month. Very inconvenient.EDIT: it took an entire week for them to address this issue, not only that, they didn’t actually look into it and gave me a short-sighted reply, as if I was the one at fault. There is no way I can affect a faulty POS system that charges people without completing a contract! I was going to remove this review if I were to receive proper service, but I definitely did not! I will be reporting to the BBB!

This location is great. I rent my cars from this location in Parker all the time. The customer service is great for Gold members.

I ordered a luxury sedan two months in advance for a weeks rental. Turned up to collect my vehicle only to be told by the rep that they don't rent that class of car from their location and that I would have to take another car that was an SUV. As I start to discuss the issue, the manager who didn't hear the conversation I was having with his colleague, contradicted their statement and apologized, informing me the sedan hadn't arrived on time and couldn't be made ready for me for a couple of hours after it was returned so someone wasn't telling the truth. Nevertheless I took the SUV that admittedly was fine even though I preferred the sedan. Returning it a week later, I was met with open hostility by the same rep, not wanting to inspect the return and I was dismissed out of hand. Again, the actual SUV was ok but the service experience was horrible.

They were nice but never closed my rental agreement. I had to call Hertz Corp to close it out. They saw my car was rented out the same day I returned it.

This is the worse unprofessional car rental company i have ever worked with i pick up a car late June with a return date for July 4th on July 5th Hertz charged my credit card $317 i began to make phone calls it was not till the 7th of July that i got a hold of Rhymes Andri who then sent a email including several big managers in the company names as follow Brian,GeierJeffrey E Fendrich Jones,Tawon and Anastasia M peck a few a got a email a few days later from Anastasia with a apologies and what not weeks go by and i have yet to receive my refund that they took from me instead of charging my insurance for this rental was all done by my insurance now here we are 8/16/23 more then a month has gone by and this unprofessional car rental company has not refunded my money

This is the BEST rental car experience I've ever had. I work in the auto industry and I understand how difficult their job is; and, I've never had a problem with this branch. Ash & Brian are a powerhouse force of customer service that is unmatched in their industry. Keep doing what your doing!

Would like to give a shout-out to this location. We have been using them for rentals for our customers for a couple months. Top tier service always, always accommodating and willing to go above and beyond. Ash, and Brian are phenomenal. We have had really bad experiences with other rental companies and it seems that we found the perfect company to continue doing business with. We appreciate you!

The team here is consistently one of the best I have ever had experiences with. They are always friendly, always straightforward and set the correct expectations. Ash always takes care of the situation. Brian has curated a GREAT team here at hertz.

This has got to be the worst Hertz location ever. An employee, Ash yelled at me while I was working with another employee who was the Manager Trainee, interrupted me, while I was expressing how I how I felt about the cars they rent out to the other employee. Ash kept talking over me and advised me she was a Manager Trainee also, equal to the other employee, as she spoke over the other employee, when I told her I was not talking to her.She continued to ask me to leave, throwing me attitude, while I was trying to trade the car with another vehicle, that did not have so many damages. She was not helpful and felt she was in charge over the other employee. The vehicle they were swapping the SUV, had a large glass chip right on the front of the driver's windshield. Highly noticeable that I was disgusted with the vehicle and the condition, it was dirty inside the car and had high mileage on the vehicle. Not to mention the awful smell inside the car from not being cleaned or disinfected.The same 2 employees also clean and vacuum the cars in the back of the building. The cars are not clean when the vehicles are given to the customers, at least the 2 cars that were offered to me as I observed how they clean from the door to the back visible from the lobby.This employee was rude, unprofessional and insensitive to customers, especially under pressure. I also observed her lack of professionalism, offensive manner on how she talked to other customers including her Manager. They kept saying they didn't have enough cars for the influx of customers renting from their facility. The vibe was not pleasant.If that's the kind of Manager in training that will be at that location, no thanks! There are far too many other rental car facilities that will provide a pleasant experience as I rent often for my job. No professionalism and lack of customer service at this location.They talked bad about another customer, as he left the office because they did not have the vehicle the customer reserved. He was forced to go to a different Hertz location.An employee stated that if you are renting through an insurance repair, you will get a vehicle with dents, high mileage, than someone that is paying for a membership. WOW!One star is because Google does not allow zero and for the vehicle with dents, hail damage, high mileage, and dirty but drivable vehicle I rented. A customer complaint with Hertz has been filed and I will take this highly unfavorable experience to Hertz Corporate office.Do not rent from this location, you will regret it!!!
