Came to Colorado for the first time. My Friend brought me and the staff was awesome!!! Brandy, Brooklyn, did a wonderful job making sure I was satisfied and I had a nice time. I’m 100% happy with my purchase and will come back and highly recommend to others .

Thus is by far the best freaky's location hands down I have frequented many Freaky's locations over the many years 8ve needed their services. But never have I gotten treated so much like family as I have at my Parker Spot! Everytime I stopped in its like a product extravaganza! Always knowledgeable and sometimes over knowledge! LoL... when it comes to being in a family that won't upscale you if ita s not deserving . Om just something basic toa my glassware even my magic mushy needs they are great! Got to give props to my home girl Brooklyn! The biggest sweetheart you will ever meet! Stop in say High!!! And don't forget to drop in that tip jar!!! They all deserve the best of our love!!! They giveTo us with a smile and the best service!!! IF any of yall ever need anything don't ever hesitate to ask!!! Much love to all my friends at the best head shop west of the Rockies!

DISCRIMINATION STORY: Just dealt with the most racist rude ignorant uneducated employee @ Freaky's Smoke Shop in Parker Co. Mind you, we have been going there for over a year. For all my people who invest, DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY IN THIS STORY. My husband went in to buy sticks and was already scanned out before purchasing any items. I gave him my card and as always he went in to buy. As I waited in the car.Upon making his purchase, "of course" provided his I.D. with my card in hand. The employee then tells him he can not complete the sale due to the card and ID not matching. (Mind you, we NEVER had that happen or said to us before)My hubby comes out and says he is refusing to complete the order because or the card does not match the ID. I thought it was odd so I felt as if this was ridiculous I have to go in and show my ID when I'm not making the purchase but I put my thoughts to the side and went into the store. Upon walking in, I handed him my ID and asked him what the issue was he explained that the ID didn't match the card, so I needed my ID to verify. (In my Mind Your doing the Most). I politely asked since when did they start matching IDs with a card. He rudely stated, " Its Always Been That Way". Short and very rudely repeatedly 3 times. I politely said, " Oh ok, I've never had that happen to me before. I don't wanna argue. I'm just asking because this is a 1st."(Mind you, my hubby has used my card before there without me being presented)Literally, right after I said that, he snatched the products we were trying to purchase and told me to get out of his store and never to come here again. we will not be taking your kind here.(With everything within me, all I could do was laugh as he pointed to the door. There was so much I could have said, but I took my kind, and we left while I called him a Racist Cracker. Chucking up the Duces politely starting, I would get the word out, and it will be reported.) Upon reporting the company to the BBB, they reportedly have an F on BBB and are not accredited through them.No one deserves to be talked like this in any manner or discriminated by. There have been so many disappointing reviews on Google behind POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SPREAD THE WORD About This Poor Customer Service and their Professionalism

This Freakys is the worst. They will rip you off, don't know anything about the products they're selling, and do not do exchanges or returns on any jewelry no matter what. I bought jewelry in the store and didn't realize it was a heart shaped piece, and asked to exchange it and they wouldn't. They were dead serious. If youre hitting up a head shop in Parker, go to Smoking Buddahs off Hilltop, the Freakys in Parker puts Freakys to shame.

I live out of state and I have been meaning to post a review about my experience visiting this store. I visited Freakys headshop a couple of weeks ago and received outstanding service from employees Cooper, Willow, and Alizeigh. Their expertise, friendliness, and willingness to assist made my visit truly enjoyable. I cannot remember who was who however, all demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the headshop's products. So much so.. that I asked for each of their names because this was probably one of the best customer service interactions i've experienced yet. They were able to answer all my questions, provide detailed explanations, and guide me toward the best choices based on my preferences and needs. Their expertise helped me make informed decisions, and I felt confident in the items I purchased. The warm and friendly demeanor of the lot of them created a welcoming atmosphere in the shop. They greeted me with a smile, made me feel comfortable, and were attentive to my inquiries. Their approachable nature encouraged open conversation and made the entire shopping experience pleasant. They patiently listened to my requirements, offered personalized recommendations, and provided thorough explanations on product usage, care, and maintenance. Their genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction was evident, and it made the process effortless and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to assist me throughout my visits even though I had to return to the store twice after making up my mind. They were well-organized, efficient, and handled transactions smoothly. I have been a loyal customer for years and i went in to buy a lookah Device later that day. I saw, it was defective and it was shorting out the only way to know was to use I go in already having been told I could exchange it I show the employee the defects and clearly he saw it . He was very rude and I told him that's not ok I just bought it .it's defective never been treated this way here

I would not recommend this smoke shop to anyone, I bought a puffco from here in a opened box, claiming to be unused. Now it doesn't work at all the employees are denying any involvement and I'm unable to return. What a waste of $500, absolute worst customer service. This smoke shop does not deserve to be in Parker or in business at all!
